BEST PERSONAL TRAINER 2026! & the funny thing is… I didn’t even know I had won! My sweet neighbor Donna stopped me one day & said, “Congratulations! My neighbor is the best trainer in Reno!” I hugged her & replied, “Well, you’re the best neighbor in Reno!” Little did she know, I had NO idea what she was talking about! Later, I discovered I had won Best of Northern Nevada 2026 & all the emails & ceremony invitations had been sitting in my junk folder. My heart sank because I would have loved to celebrate with this incredible community. 22 years in fitness, almost 15 years owning CCF, thousands of 5 AM mornings & countless beautiful souls who have walked through our doors & I can say with my whole heart that I am STILL so in love with what I do. Life has brought challenges, healing, growth & a beautiful lesson in releasing perfection & embracing grace. I’ve learned to pivot, adjust, overcome & love people in their mess because I’ve had mine too. Through it all, my calling has remained beautifully aligned. Movement. Health. Wellness. Human connection. SERVICE. I chose fitness & somewhere along the way, fitness chose me right back. God has blessed me with a family I adore, breath in my lungs & a heart that still wants to serve. To everyone who voted, trusted me & allowed me into your journey, THANK YOU! & Donna, thank you for delivering the sweetest surprise. After 22 years, I don’t just want to keep going. I want to keep growing & bringing excellence to every soul who walks through our doors. This is award is nothing without my team, past-present & future! ✨ INTERN SPOTLIGHT: AMBER LEE ✨

One thing about CCF the energy matters.
The people matter.
The hearts behind the movement matter.

And for the past two months, Amber has been nothing but bright light, positive energy, encouragement, support, and love to every single person who walks through our doors 🤍

This Sunday, May 17th, 2026, she takes on her 14TH MARATHON in her hometown 🏃‍♀️✨ and we could not be more proud of her.

A few fun facts about our girl Amber:

🦁 Leo
🏃‍♀️ First marathon: Lake Tahoe Marathon (October 2019)
🌺 Favorite marathon: Maui Oceanfront Marathon ran twice!
🍪 Favorite indulgence: Homemade cookies
☕ Favorite drink: Iced Matcha or a Carmel Latte from Coffeebar

But beyond the fun facts what makes Amber special is WHO she is.

She truly embodies what CCF stands for:
Support. Love. Help. Inspiration. Motivation.

Sometimes people think fitness is about being motivated all the time but honestly? Sometimes we lose motivation. Sometimes discipline gets hard. Sometimes life feels heavy.

That’s why people like Amber matter so much.

She reminds people to keep showing up for themselves.
To believe in themselves.
To keep going.

And alongside Joanne & Chanen, these three interns have been such a beautiful reminder of what community and genuine love for others actually looks like.

One of the things Amber said that stood out most to me was:
“I love spreading good energy to others and knowing it trickles down the line each day.”

And that’s EXACTLY what she does 💞
