GOOD VIBES. BIG SWINGS. BIG SMILES. ⛳️

A brilliant day at @thewickerscharity Community Day.

More young people (and adults) introduced to the game of golf ⛳️

Such a great organisation doing amazing things!
The Wickers Charity are based in Hackney and support young people in reaching their full potential regardless of social status, race, religion or postcode.

Massive shoutout to our BB fam @fore.on.tour & @kezaiadimosi for Reppin’ as always.

Our annual charity golf this year was in memory of Julie Darby. A lady we tragically lost two years ago that meant so much to a number of our members. @havenshospices was a charity she supported and volunteered for on a regular basis, therefore was our chosen charity for this year’s event.

We impressively raised £2,500 which we couldn’t have done without the 48 players that attended, our cart girls @daisylaver & @hannah_kennedy_ , @therayleighclub and the 18 companies that generously donated by sponsoring a hole. We had nearest to pin prizes on all 18 holes with some great prizes up for grabs.

We were treated to a very special moment by our Vice skipper @alexkennedy94_ who hit a hole in one on the 16th. Sharing the moment with his family on the course including his wife and baby boy made it worth the 48 pint bar bill in the clubhouse. 🍻

Our overall pairs Scramble winners were @gallantasaryan and @tombrown123 for shooting the lowest scored on the day with an impressive 6 under. 🏆

We look forward to next year already which will be in aid of the Great British Heart Foundation ♥️
