We start every one of our workshops the same way—by going around the room and giving 2–3 people a high five, handshake, fist bump, or even a hug, and saying four simple words: “I’m proud of you.”

It sounds small. Almost too simple. But for some people in that room, it’s something they’ve never heard before—or at least not in a long time.

“I’m proud of you” might not change someone’s entire life overnight, but in the right moment, it can feel like fuel in an empty tank… just enough to help them keep going. It reminds people that they’re seen, that their effort matters, that who they are right now is enough.

You never know what someone is carrying or how close they are to giving up. So don’t underestimate the power of your words. Say it. Mean it. Give someone that moment.

I’m proud of you.

One year ago, Me2We became official—an LLC built on purpose, connection, and impact🎉

Since then, it’s never just been about us. It’s been about every conversation, every team, every athlete, every moment where someone chose growth over comfort and purpose over ego. The relationships we’ve built along the way mean everything, and the impact we’ve been able to make is only possible because of the people who believed in what we’re building.

And the best part… we’re just getting started😤

Year one laid the foundation. Year two is about reaching further, connecting deeper, and continuing to show that when you elevate the individual, you elevate the team—and when you elevate the team, you elevate the community.

Grateful for all the love and support. Let’s keep building🫶🏻

The standard isn’t set by words—it’s set by people.

When you elevate the individual, you strengthen the team.
When you elevate the team, you transform the business.

Growth starts within. Culture builds together. Results follow.

Set the standard. Live it daily. 💼

Connection costs nothing, but it can change everything.

A conversation. A check-in. A genuine smile.

You never know who needed that moment of light today — and sometimes the smallest act of kindness becomes the biggest breakthrough for someone else.

Make people feel seen. Make them feel heard. Make them smile.

That’s power. ✨

Grateful is an understatement. 🙏

Every opportunity we’re given to step into a room, share our story, and deliver the Me2We message is something we never take for granted. What started as a vision to elevate the individual has turned into conversations that are impacting teams, cultures, and communities.

When we elevate the player, we elevate the team. And we’re thankful for every coach, athlete, and organization that trusts us with that mission.

Upcoming Schedule:
⚾ Conant Varsity Baseball — March 26th
🏢 Forefront Logistics — March 27th
