Forest Hall Boxing Club Tomorrow's legends, here today!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

First one back; unanimous win.

I want to say a massive thank you to @thisgirlcanbox and @briantorojohn for travelling across to corner me today.

I also want to thank @michaelwilson73 and everyone at my new club @districtyouthabc for welcoming me into the pack and helping to prepare me for this bout.

But I wouldn't be here today without @foresthallboxing who opened the door to this sport for me a little over 4 years ago. I'll be forever grateful.

Thank you as always to my amazing sponsors @aquaschoolne and @theandrewusher for their continued support of my boxing journey.

To everyone who sent their positive vibes, you're a star and it means a lot.

@flickk___ it was great to share 3 fierce rounds with you and @britisharmyboxingteam thank you for having me on your show.

Boxing eh, there's no sport like it ❤️

There are a few ways I could sum up my 2025/26 season, but perhaps the transformation from a 48kg to a 51kg boxer, and the opportunities that came with it, is how I'll remember it. Last season, I remember meeting @lauraakram.armed at GG in Sweden and being so inspired by how active she had been with fights, and I told @foresthallboxing that I wanted to follow suit. This season, I've had 18 fights, all possible because my body was healthy enough to do so. I'm grateful to everyone who has helped me on this journey and I'm immensely positive going into next season knowing that physically and mentally I'm able to grow.

A huge thank you to @aquaschoolne for sponsoring me to chase my goals this season.

And to anyone that needs to hear it, don't compromise your health for your sport; prioritise it and your body will give you so much more 🪴

There was only one result that would have been good enough for me today, and when you wear your heart on your sleeve it's hard to swallow the disappointment that floods in when you fall short. The only thing to do is keep marching on and working towards that day where I'm the one standing on top. I've had an amazing weekend, it's a privilege getting to do the sport you love on the big stage and the gratitude I have for my boxing club is unbounded, they've opened up a world in which I can be the person I want to be. Thank you for all of the support from near and far, please know how special it makes me feel. Love you all ❤️ #nevergiveup @foresthallboxing @reayowen @briantorojohn @thisgirlcanbox @haringeyboxcup

Buzzing from last night!! 🥊📸

Jordan Barker-Porter gets the win in her promotional debut for 3156 Boxing, taking a unanimous points victory after six rounds. What a show.

A huge amount of credit goes to Jordan, of course, but also to Curtis Woodhouse and everyone at 3156 Boxing , the team at Deus boxing, talkSPORT, and everyone involved in putting on a brilliant night at Connexin Live, Hull.

Success in boxing is never a solo effort. It was great to see Amy and Jersey there supporting Jordan on the night, while Jersey and Rocky were both represented on her trunks as she stepped into the ring. Moments like that are a reminder of the people a fighter carries with them every time they compete.

Supporting athletes will always be something I'm passionate about, but supporting women in sport is something I'll always make time for. With a late opponent change bringing a completely different challenge, it was fantastic to see Jordan adapt, perform and come away with the win.

What a night.

Congratulations, Jordan.

The First Lady. 👑🥊

🎬📷 A shout out to the Media Team on the night too - a group of largely independent creatives and small businesses who put in countless hours before, during and after fight night to capture the moments that matter.

Great to share the night with you all. 👏🏻

Doing the North East proud in Hull.

Nathan Forrest beats Les Urry by first round stoppage after dropping him twice while Jordan Barker-Porter makes a winning return with a 60-55 points win against Bojana Libiszewska.

I'm really proud of the article I've written for @project_reds_ and to be an ambassador for their work. Boxing is a weight governed sport, and as such, boxers are susceptible to relative energy deficiency, yet this is sparsely discussed. If my experiences can help just one person, I'll be so glad I shared them. The link to my article is in my bio, and on the Project REDs website you'll also find lots of informative resources to help further your understanding, though we are aiming to create something specifically for boxers to help them navigate this crucial subject 💡 #redsrecovery #hormonehealth #strongwomen #selflove

Went to war last night and came up short, but me and the dream team had a plan and executed it, for which I couldn't be prouder. If you can tell your coach during a corner that you're loving it no matter what happens, something is going right. Well done to my lovely teammate @hughfleck01 on another good win, thank you to the boys for coming along to support us, and to my lush Mam and Dad who back me in all of my crazy endeavours 🧡

@aquaschoolne my wonderful sponsor 🙏🏻
