Introducing Forever Studio.
Forever Studio, founded in 2018 by Bienke Domenie and Sara Degenaar in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is a design studio rooted in research and experimentation. Both founders are graduated of the Willem de Kooning Academy. The studio primarily works with resin and metal to create sophisticated pieces that appeal to unconventional tastes.
Forever Studio’s work often explores the intersection of object and spatial design, pushing boundaries and challenging traditional design norms.

Forever Frames by Forever Studio.
The Forever Frames were born out of excess resin from larger installations and design piesces by the Dutch design duo Forever Studio. Rather than being discarded, these candy-coloured blocks of resin are polished and shaped, with small inserts for photos and a thick plexiglass front. Remove the plexiglass front to add your own personal moment to these unique free-standing frames.

RITSCH SISTERS × FOREVER STUDIO — Prototype 11

A bench is rarely just a place to sit. It quietly shapes how close we are to one another, how much space we leave, where we look, how we shift our weight and move.

Developed for Ritsch Sisters’ solo exhibition at VASTO in 2025, Sitting With emerged from their collaboration with Forever Studio. Inspired by the geometry of the gallery’s ceiling and the mechanics of a seesaw, the bench turns sitting into an ongoing negotiation of balance and shared space. For Prototypes, the collaboration continues with a new iteration of the original design, exploring how a change in form reshapes the way we inhabit space together.

Available through VASTO. 🛰️
Further commissions upon request.

Get in touch via DM or info@vasto.es to get the exhibition catalogue.

I love projects that blur the boundaries between functional design and artistic expression – which is exactly what @project.materia does.

In August, I visited @tableau_cph Gallery in Copenhagen for a series of exhibitions, with this being one of them. Each piece had its own distinct character, yet somehow remained in harmony with the rest. While the party was unfolding at one end of the space, I found a quiet moment between conversations to slow down and experience the works. Walking through the exhibition, I kept discovering new angles, new pieces and new perspectives – shape, material and colour coming together within the setting of an old Copenhagen apartment. Whenever art and design meet, I get excited. I want to see it, experience it, learn more about it, meet the artists and, when I can, help tell their stories too. For me, these encounters are a constant source of inspiration. They spark ideas, conversations and possibilities for new collaborations, while encouraging me to keep developing my own work and direction. I feel very fortunate to be in a position where I get to do this – to move between art, design, people and storytelling.

And I want to do even more of it.
