Toco Hills your like “Really, Really Hot” 🔥! When I tell you they learned this is 5-Minutes and ATE 😍! Tonight’s message in class was to look at your neighbor on your left and right and tell them “You are special, you are worth it and you are the moment”. I couldn’t be more honored to lead such an incredible group of amazing human beings! Thank you so much for your attendance tonight 🔥!

Words cannot describe how tonight felt 🥹. It felt euphoric, it felt liberating, it felt passionate, it felt like family and it felt like we got back to where ALL of this started and elevated it to the next level! To all of my amazing students I hope you took the message I gave in class tonight to your heart and core. You can do ANYTHING you put your minds too because you are just that special and loved 🫶🏾! I hope you left feeling inspired 🔥! Make sure you check out @chloebailey new album “Trouble In Paradise” which is out now and inspired so much of this routine and I’m so happy we got to debut it in class tonight 🔥🌴!
