✨ Permission to Pause: A Sound Bath & Reiki Experience ✨

As we get closer to the holiday season, life seems to get a little busier. But when was the last time you gave yourself permission to simply pause?

On Friday, November 13, Annette and I are coming together for another evening of soothing sound, gentle Reiki, and deep relaxation.

An opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, be present, and simply experience what unfolds.

No expectations. Nothing to accomplish. Just time for you. 💜

I’d love for you to join us! Bring a friend who could use a moment to pause, too.

We are just 3 days away from Between Seasons: A Power of 3 Experience.

And honestly, I’m feeling the “between seasons” part in my own life too.

Some days I still want the lighter energy of summer. Other days, my body is already asking for warmth, comfort, rest, and all the things that feel like fall.

Maybe you’re feeling a shift too.

This Friday, we’ll bring together spoken word, soothing sound, and gentle energy work to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

Honor what was. Be present with what is. Choose what comes next.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, now is the time to register. 💛

Bring a yoga mat or zero-gravity chair, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you get comfortable.

Annette said, “To end the cycle.”

Years ago, after an intense Reiki session, I asked a question I had carried for a long time:

“Why did I have a mother who was depressed and sad?”

She looked at me and said, “You picked her.”

I gasped. My mouth fell open.

Then she explained: I was here to end the cycle.

If you’ve always felt like you’re “the one” in your family who is a little different, odd, peculiar, the one who questions what everyone else simply accepts, your charge may be to stand in the gap and end the cycle.

But cycle-breaking isn’t something we’re meant to do unsupported.

We need people.
We need resources.
We need infrastructure.

We need support that helps us stand strong, create solid boundaries, recognize the patterns we inherited, and replenish ourselves when the work gets heavy.

That’s why I wrote You Get What You Get.

Not to blame the people who came before us, but to understand what was passed down, decide what no longer belongs to us, and choose what happens next.

If you’re in the Cleveland area, stop by @forever_phoenix_llc in Solon, Ohio, today from 12–4 PM and grab a signed copy.

Can’t make it today? You can order your copy online. 💗

Maybe you’re “the one” for a reason.

When you read You Get What You Get, you’ll see how important and meaningful @forever_phoenix_llc is to me.

When I was struggling to understand my mom and why she was mine, Annette told me plainly that I picked her. I picked my mom to end the cycles of hurt, people pleasing, porous boundaries, and poor life choices, not just for my children, but for other women ready to end those cycles in their families too.

At the Book Launch Event, Annette asked me what my legacy is. With hesitation, I knew the answer but didn’t share it there: to create a certification program for others to use the Luxe Identity Spiral, giving women the support, systems, and strategies to have the strength to make lasting change happen.
