| 𝙎𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘼𝙍 2026 𝘣𝘺 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙊𝙎 𝙀𝙎𝙋𝙄𝙉𝙊𝙕𝘼 & 𝘼𝙂𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙉𝘼 𝙋𝙄𝘼𝙂𝙂𝙄𝙊 - 𝘿𝙚𝙘 17-20 - 𝙇𝙮𝙤𝙣, 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚

We need your attention for a moment because we want to share an idea we’ve been considering for some time.
As is our custom, we usually keep the specific seminar topic a secret until the very last minute; just as in previous editions, we want to thank you for the trust you place in our judgment and for your willingness to work with us this way, year after year.

This time, we want to propose something different: stepping away from the conventional format to gain a fresh perspective and explore themes we don’t often have the chance to address on the music and dance.
We are going to incorporate new viewpoints, methods, and approaches into our great passion, diving deep into the various elements that shape the artistic expression of that culture known as... 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢!

For the reasons above exposed we have decided to invite Luis Bravo: creator, director, and producer of the Broadway show 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢 as well as a cellist and an iconic figure in the history of stage tango.
Throughout his career, he has worked with and trained great artists, including the celebrated tango duo of 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝘾𝙀𝙇𝘼 𝘿𝙐𝙍𝘼𝙉 and 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙇𝙊𝙎 𝙂𝘼𝙑𝙄𝙏𝙊, among many others.
Some of you may not be familiar with his name or his career, but for us - and for countless dancers across generations - it is a true honor to share this experience with him.

Throughout his life, Luis has never agreed to teach classes or participate in projects outside of 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢 or his own personal initiatives.
To learn from him, one would normally have to see him perform, join his company, or listen to those who had the opportunity to work alongside him.

𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗢 is the longest-running tango show in history, boasting a 35-year legacy, four Broadway runs, and an audience of over ten million people worldwide.

We consider this is a truly unique opportunity and we are thrilled to share it with you!

| I would like to express my gratitude to the 𝘘𝘜𝘐𝘌𝘙𝘖 𝘝𝘌𝘙𝘛𝘌 𝘜𝘕𝘈 𝘝𝘌𝘡 𝘔𝘈𝘚 𝘍𝘌𝘚𝘛𝘐𝘝𝘈𝘓 in Krakow for inviting me to participate in the latest edition of such a delightful event; I felt truly honored.

𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗥𝗔 (𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶á𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗮)

Dedico esta milonga grabada en una de las tantas funciones en vivo en Theatre on 𝗧he Square en San Francisco (1995), para las nuevas generaciones de intérpretes, músicos y bailarines, muchos de los cuales crecieron escuchando la música de Forever Tango…

Asisto angustiosamente en estos tiempos de celebraciones y eventos de Tango que se llevan a cabo en Argentina, a ser testigo de la deformación que sufre el género en obras que los compositores dejaron plasmadas como testimonio de una Cultura.

El Arte ES FORMA, y los intérpretes contemporáneos no deberían deformar con melodías inventadas, ritmos, contra ritmos, síncopas descabellados y uso de armonías erróneas, lo que dejaron los compositores y autores como testimonio de su alma y sentir.
Es sencillamente una PROFANACIÓN.

Si bien los museos no son para repetirlos, tampoco son para destruirlos salvajemente: SIRVEN PARA EDUCAR.
