Literally forging a new routine!🏋🏻‍♀️🔥 || Snippets of these Southies’ sweat session and recovery day at Forge Alabang!💪🏽😌

Southies Kristine and Kai recently got their sweat on at Forge Alabang, right at the corner of Concha Cruz and Alabang-Zapote Road. Their initial reaction? This spot is way more than just your usual gym.👀

WATCH their reel’view 🎥 for the full blow-by-blow and SCROLL👇🏽 for more deets & pro-tips!

💡 Forge Alabang has a super spacious training area, solid coaching options, a Pilates studio, and some pretty nice recovery perks. They have plenty of ways to keep your workout days interesting and really raise the bar. 💪🧘🏻‍♀️

⭐️ BONUS: The convenience factor is top-tier. With easy parking right near the building to take the weight off finding a spot, plus a café at the lobby for that post-workout recharge, it’s giving major “fitness day well spent” energy. ☕️

So Southies, in case you are thinking of switching up your routine or looking for a new holistic space to work it out in the South, check them out!👇🏽

See ya, see ya there, Southies!

Caught in a SNAP! 📸🫰🏽 || Snippets of these Southies leveling up their content creation game starting with their gear!🤳🏽✨

Southies Asha and Gio recently got to try out some premium equipment from South Snaps PH, a camera rental service based right here in the neighborhood. They brought the units along for a shoot day at Forge Alabang to support their fellow Southieprentices, Kyla and Kristine!🎥

WATCH👀 Southies Gio and Asha’s reel’view for the full deets and SCROLL👇🏽 for more pro-tips!

💡 WHY SOUTH SNAPS IS A PICTURE-PERFECT SETUP: There are so many cameras and content-creation gadgets out there and choosing the right one can feel overwhelming. So instead of making a snap decision and buying right away, you can first try them out before fully committing to eventually owning one… OR NOT.😉

Here’s a quick look at the gear they offer up for rent:
📸 Canon G7X Mark II & Mark III
🎞️ Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo Cinema
📹 Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Videography Bundle
🔋 Additional accessories, lenses, and extra batteries are also available depending on your rental needs.

💬 Final thoughts from Southies Asha and Gio: Asha really enjoyed how compact and versatile the Insta360 Ace Pro was, while Gio loved the Canon’s high-quality output for both photos and videos. They definitely got some flashy results!

Pilates date with Mom. 🤍

A beautiful way to move, recharge, and spend quality time together at @forgealabang !

As a runner, I love adding Pilates to my training, it helps build core strength, stability, mobility, and balance, all of which help me run stronger and move better.

With my major hike this October, it’s also the perfect addition to my training. Stronger body, better movement, better recovery. 🏃🏻‍♀️⛰️

What I love about FORGE ALABANG is that it brings everything together—premium gym, Pilates, sauna, cold plunge, recovery services, Aureon Longevity drips, and Sorrel Café.

Train. Recover. Reset.
All in one beautiful space. 🤍
