POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

That’s a wrap!

Months of planning. Countless meetings. Designs, revisions, last-minute changes. Tens of thousands of feet of cable, thousands of lights, dozens of cameras, some very long days, a few weather delays, and more wildlife encounters than anyone signed up for.

And somehow, it all came together.

Incredibly thankful for the amazing team that brought this event to life. From the production crew to the event and vehicle teams, there are far too many people to name and thank individually. The talent, dedication, and sheer determination of everyone involved never cease to amaze me.

Proud of what we accomplished and grateful to have been a part of it.

To everyone who was in the trenches with us, you know the stories. What a ride! Special thanks to my superstar wife @emilykorosec for all the support and patience along the way!

Future City Now: IF:One Night. A 4-hour live event reaching 3,000 attendees onsite and hundreds of remote sites joining globally - from Africa to Japan. Our team leveraged a previsualization workflow to advance lighting and video programming ahead of a tight load-in, powering an immersive LED environment that brought the experience to life. Lighting design by Christian Hann (Forge Designs) and content by The Brook Studio. Grateful to support moments that connect at scale.

Gather25 was an ambitious undertaking—seven venues, 25 hours and a global audience. Pulling this off took a huge effort both in the advance and from teams on the ground. Honoured to have worked alongside @mxujeff and @stephenpippett to manage production across the live sites, particularly in Kigali, Cluj & London.

@forgedesigns_ crafted elegant designs to fit in the varying spaces across the seven locations.

The on-site production team managed every detail with skill, precision, and teamwork.

Trusted vendors played a critical role in ensuring that every piece of equipment was in the right place and ready, and local partners stepped in to fill the gaps.

@_itskatiegreen for the unenviable task of managing the travel for team as they trekked across the globe.

A large hat-tip to the Distribution team, without which the vision would’ve stopped at the walls of each venue.

Thank you to each person involved for your time, talent and commitment to making Gather25 a success.

How do you do a 25 hour broadcast with origination venues in 7 different countries across the world?

Pretty wild setup behind the scenes at Gather25. Honored to be here as the Video Director overseeing the venues across the world. Lot of smart people helping pull this off 🤯

This past Saturday was my last show with Tomlin for a while. I started with the team early this year and it has been amazing to work for someone whom you grew up listening to. Much love to you guys! This weekend also consisted of a lot of new faces that I was grateful to work alongside. Anyways.. thanks for the pic @itsjx
