Forgesis - Forgesis (Demo) Atmospheric Black/Doom Metal from Arequipa, Peru The band Forgesis’s new demo hails from the epic city of Arequipa in Peru. Atmospheric black metal, fused with doom elements, which unleashes a whole arsenal of haunting sounds. "MCMLXIX" draws on the imagery and symbolism of the enigmatic stone towers of Vichaycocha, exuding an aura and echoing the melancholy and grandeur of the landscape – realised in a solitary composition that reveals the band’s most introspective and sombre side. "There is a pulse in this infinite mystery, a light in the dark silence, a pain that transcends existence" 1. Intro 02:01 2. MCMLXIX 04:00 3. Dancing with Death 07:05 4. Forgesis present their new work MCMLXIX, released on July 3rd, 2026. A four‑track atmospheric black metal journey shaped between Peru and Ecuador, built on introspection, erosion and the metaphysical weight of memory. Bandcamp: https://forgesis.bandcamp.com/album/mcmlxix “The mountains preserve everything men forget.” Forgesis describe MCMLXIX as the negative of a demo, not the surface, but the roots beneath it. A work conceived as the echo that remains inside the mountain when no one is left observing it. No side B, no duality: only the raw essence that persists when sound dissolves Recorded between Arequipa (Peru) and Quito (Ecuador). Line‑up: Atiq (guitars), Deleria (drums), Akrator (bass), Zelly (vocals).

Pest Records Online Compilation Vol. 18 https://pestrecords.bandcamp.com/album/pest-records-online-compilation-vol-18 featuring: Forgesis (Peru) - Fajro Forgesis seeks to reconnect with the primordial source of existence, the source of one's own soul, a process of internal searching to recover one's original essence, purity, and balance through reconnection with the divine. We become aware that there is a source from which everything emanates and to which everything returns, a source conceived as cosmic unity, nature, or one's own spiritual essence. Earthly life, with its attachments, desires, and suffering, often creates layers that obscure the true nature of being. Returning to the origin implies shedding these layers, shedding false beliefs like religion that attempt to divide human beings. We try to capture these through music and its atmospheres, and through connection with nature, recognizing the beauty and wisdom of creation, which can be an experience, both macabre and revelatory, of returning to the origin. soundcloud https://soundcloud.com/forgesis?utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing youtube https://www.youtube.com/@Forgesisband bandcamp https://forgesis.bandcamp.com/album/forgesis facebook https://www.facebook.com/forgesis
