Saturday in my life as a SoCal Pilates instructor!

This Saturday was particularly busy teaching my normal 3hr block at @sazon.pilates.studio and then subbing another 2hrs for the Sazón queen herself @michellemyraofficial 🫶🏼

Also had the absolute pleasure of leading some of my favorite clients through a mat Pilates class @formandmovementlb for her birthday! 🎉 Thank you for choosing me to host your event! ♥️

Although a busy day, there is nothing I would rather be doing than leading clients and friends through some healthy movements! 🫶🏼

Torso Press

Torso press is another full body exercise done on the Wunda chair (one of my favorite if not my favorite apparatus). Maintaining the stability in the trunk using both the trunk flexors and extensors to keep the long line as the torso hinges down. Something I need to work on is the stability in my legs. Keeping them exactly where they are, not allowing them to lift and lower but with practice I’m sure I will be there some day😊

Starting next Wednesdays I will be back teaching evening classes @formandmovementlb !! ♥️ find me on the schedule in the link in my bio!

Repertoire courtesy of BASI Pilates Comprehensive Program, founder Rael Isacowitz. ♥️⭐️

Pike forward & Pike Side 🌟

My focus for pike forward is abdominal engagement and finding that “scooping” feeling rather than height. As for pike side, just remembering to keep my shoulder back feels challenging but like anything else we cannot get better without practice!

Find me Fridays @formandmovementlb 🌟

Still coming off the energy from this weekend ✨

Our Oceanfront Pilates event was everything we love about Work Well Club. Moving our bodies, slowing down, and creating space for real connection. There is something special about seeing people show up early, stay late, and genuinely want to connect with one another. That is exactly why we created this space.

So grateful to everyone who came and made it what it was 🤍

A big thank you to our incredible sponsors @wellwithall_ @sacredskin.alchemy @trycreate and @matchadna for being part of the experience. From @iv_and_wellness_lounge boosters to @littlemoon.coffeeco matcha and coffees were endlessly grateful. And to @formandmovementlb for hosting us in your beautiful space, we could not have asked for a better setting.

More events to come this Summer ✨

Community is everything. 🫶✨

This weekend we had the best time sponsoring Oceanfront Pilates with the incredible team at @workwellclub and @formandmovementlb in Long Beach Harbor, giving out complimentary boosters to everyone who came out for a morning of mat pilates, good energy, and even better people.

This is exactly why we do what we do.
Wellness is better together. 💧💪

Thank you to Work Well Club and Form & Movement for having us, we can’t wait to do it again.
