Meet Kaya. One of our dearest community members, and Pilates teacher who embodies exactly what Alchemize stands for: softness and power, held in the same breath.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Kaya is certified in Barre, Mat Pilates, and Lagree, and is known for her upbeat playlists and music-driven classes that challenge your mind-body connection while leaving you feeling stronger, energized, and inspired.

She teaches group classes at Alchemize but also offers private 1:1s and small group sessions. DM us if you’d like to book! ✨
