The new TEAM Fitness website is officially LIVE.

This marks the final piece of a massive rebrand project designed to better reflect who we are, what we stand for, and the experience we want to create for our community.

The new site makes it easier than ever to explore everything we offer — from personal training and group fitness, to recovery services, online coaching, and general gym access.

You can also check out our Group Fitness + GT timetable directly through the website and learn more about the mission and people behind TEAM Fitness.

Huge thank you to the team at @formswell_design for bringing this vision to life. The attention to detail throughout this entire project has been incredible.

Feels a little funny calling it a “Next Gen” award when my knee’s hurt and I feel like I’ve been around forever… but I’ll take it 😂

The Coffee Industry Hero award is designed to recognise people helping shape the future of coffee through innovation, community, and new ways of thinking.
Crazy to even feel like I fit into that category.

It made me reflect on my path into coffee.

It started in a Turkish restaurant at 11,
then somewhere along the way I fell in love with it through latte art, Instagram, @onacoffee, and the amazing people around me.

From there it’s been years of competitions, learning, building, working with @milklabco, growing within ONA, and creating @ni.wares into something real — even seeing my good friend @jacksimpson32 use it on the WBC stage and winning 🏆 🥲

This one goes out to the people who believed in me the most
(@sasasestic @angus_gus_mackie @sweetsuda @mr.rose.x @filter_and_pups and the whole ONA fam),
@formswell_design, @milklabco, and so many more along the way.

Nothing overnight — just following what my dad told me:
“if you’re going to do something, be the best.”

That little 12-year-old making coffee in a Turkish restaurant would be proud of the man in this photo.

A really nice moment to pause, take it in, and be grateful for everyone who’s been part of the journey.

And if you’re at the start of yours, just keep listening to that small voice that says there’s something there. You never know where you might end up x

Bloom…

or should I say Boom! Another rewarding collaboration between @formswell_design and @nucleuscoffeetools - this time rethinking distribution and coffee bed preparation for filter brewing.

We had the first preview of Bloom at the recent 2025 Japanese Brewers Cup Championship, where it was used by 1st place winner @wataru_iidaka and 2nd place finalist @yasuoishii in their routines. Can’t wait to see how it shapes the rest of the coffee world.

A year in pictures. And what an amazing year it's been! 🥹🥹🥹

Tomorrow TKYC is 1️⃣! 🤯😱

In that time we have grown to a team of 5️⃣ people (and 1️⃣ hound). We have almost 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ patients on our books and we have loved getting to know you all...it is such a privilege to walk your health pathways alongside you.

We have made thousands of cups of @waypointteaco tea, and gifted so many TKYC-@luciancandles co-branded candles, as well as other goodies designed by our friends at @formswell_design . We have collaborated with like-minded kickass business like @wildstudiocanberra , @ayla.health , @juniperblooms.au , @d.o.s.e.y , @fellow.studios , @pew.pew.studio , @daniellechesher.health , @capitalhydrotherapy_ and @sownsow . We have created our own merch, thanks to @rojocustoms! 🧢

We have featured in @hercanberra and have been finalised for a @canberrawomeninbusiness award. We have been excited, scared, overwhelmed, energised and exhausted...sometimes all at once.

My eternal gratitude to TKYC team, who make this li'l idea even better than I could have imagined. Thank you for keeping me laser-focused, while entertaining my boundless, some might say impulsive 🫣, big-picture plans.

To our TKYC Community of patients, referrers and supporters: you GUYS! You have created such a beautiful, authentic, human, connected, supportive, curious culture, which has become the core of the Co. We honestly love coming to work everyday thanks to you all.

My beautiful family...you have sacrificed a lot to help me get this of the ground, and not with a scrap of resentment. Because you know that this is something important. I adore you. Thank you for putting up with my crazy working hours, my 11pm flood of ideas and my terribly inaccurate estimates of when I'll be home.

Here's to TKYC'S 1st birthday and many more to come. Oh the places we will go, friends.

Thank you so much to Australia by design for making us part of your program and giving us a platform to showcase our story.

It’s been a long journey with lots of ups and downs and I’m so proud to be able to share great tools with the world and continue elevating the coffee experience and providing solutions for baristas, producers and coffee professionals.
