Ready for the Thrill of a Lifetime? 🏎️✨

On September 16th, our friends at @formulacarthrill will be hosting a special race car driving event that you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re a first-time driver or a seasoned auto enthusiast, this event is perfect for anyone looking to experience the excitement of driving a formula race car! No racing experience required. The team at Formula Car Thrill will take care of everything - from the gear (helmet, suit, gloves, shoes) to the expert guidance of experienced drivers, you’ll be in for an unforgettable day at @radtorqueraceway in Leduc.

Sign up for 3 driving sessions for $800 or 4 sessions for $1,000.

The day will begin with a classroom session starting at noon, a car walk-around at 1PM, and the first driving session beginning at 1:30PM. You’ll be racing in no time, and by the last session, you’ll be flying around the track! 🏁

For more info or to sign up, contact Craig Priddle at info@formulacarthrill.com. If you’ve always wanted to get behind the wheel of a race car, don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity!

Mondays sure are more fun when you spend them in an F2000! So grateful to have been involved in another incredible @rclubcars event, it was an AMAZING experience. Throughout the course of the day I went from, “Jesus, why would anyone want to race one of these” to “okay, I want one now.” It’s so different from anything I’ve ever driven but WOW, it was amazing once I got the hang of it.

Its been over a month since I competed in the 2022 @team_canada_scholarship shootout, and it feels like it all happened yesterday.

2022 marks the 10th anniversary of the scholarship. The TCS team has worked hard to secure sponsors who are willing to invest in young Canadian drivers.

We only had 6 sessions on a new track with a new car, so as drivers we needed to learn and adapt quickly to make the most of every session. Over the course of the Monday, all 6 of us improved greatly! We also had a chance to do some interviews with @revtv.ca and @toddlewissports which was a very cool experience, and helped me improve my interview skills! It was a pleasure to meet some amazing Canadian racing drivers, engineers, team owners, and of course my fellow TCS shootout competitors!

From my experience of the shootout and the opportunity I now have, I really encourage any 16-20 year old Canadian drivers to apply so that the TCS team can follow your racing, and hopefully you will be selected as a finalist for next years shootout.

It was so amazing to be coached and judged by the successful Canadian drivers at the shootout. I'll never forget the experience!

Something I noted is how everyone involved with the TCS is dedicated to giving back. I will take inspiration from all of these people whom I admire, to take the opportunities to give back. It is more than just going fast; I know I am representing my entire country and I couldn't be more honoured and grateful.
