Formula Wellness has been named Best Wellness Center and Best IV Therapy in the Dallas Observer’s 2026 Best of Dallas Awards! ⭐

To be recognized in one category would have meant so much to us. To receive both is something we’re still taking in. Thank you to everyone who voted, to our patients for trusting us with your care, and to the team who puts their heart into it every day. We’re so grateful to share this with you. 🤍 @dallasobserver

Yes, I take NAD + T to help support my mental focus, mood + energy levels.
But I still have to put in the work at the gym.

Yes, I work out five days a week.
But I also track my macros + eat really clean.

Yes, I eat clean.
But everything is about balance.

Yes, I read the Bible.
But I also stay open-minded + actively explore where faith, spirituality, philosophy + science intersect, from Christian mysticism and the law of attraction to consciousness + quantum physics.

Yes, I work really hard on my business.
But I also need time to travel, shut off my brain, recharge + find inspiration.

Yes, I’m a bougie girl + love a fancy restaurant.
But my happy place will always be out in nature.

Yes, I look better at 38 than I did in my 20s.
But I also stay on top of my Botox + injectables @injectionsby_paige

Yes, I get Botox, advanced facials + the latest med spa treatments @lemmonavenue
But it’s the everyday at-home skincare that helps maintain + extend those results.

Yes, I get my hormones evaluated at @formulawellness_
But their approach goes so much deeper than hormones. We look at the full picture: mental + brain health, mood, energy, physical health, weight management, muscle gain + overall wellness.

The Formula Wellness Anthem:
Like an empty 🔥
Wellness is your desire
Like an empty 🔥
Hormones ⬇️, go 📈
And on and on and on and on and on
We still prescribe 💊 right through the storm (Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey)
Lay all your carbs 🧁 right on my door (Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey)
I never fall, blue-light glasses 👓 for all (Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey)
Go take the plaque buildup out my heart ❤️ (Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey)
Girl, I know it may hurt
But it won’t last forever
And on and on and on and on and on
It feels like a drug, drug, drug
We gonna love, love, our supps 💊
Until the sun ☀️ comes up, up
And your retinas 👀are struck, struck, struck
Formula don’t give a f*** ’bout what
It’s only a nick of time
When you inject 💉the NAD, your heart will run
We stand together through it all…
