Let’s talk about Burnout!!!

A lot of us are managing A LOT and the potential to burn out or as some may say ‘crash out’ is REAL and so are the consequences.

Join Dr. Clay @forrest_claysuggs and I later this morning at 10 AM (or watch it ON DEMAND) for a real conversation, and some ways to manage burn out.

Hello Family,

In 2019, the mayor of Louisville, KY declared June 26th as TRINIDAD JACKSON DAY, a proclamation aligned with the national BMe Genius initiative! Every year, Dr.Jackson chooses an organization, cause, or person to support. This year, I am delighted to stand with him in supporting Shameka Parrish-Wright because we truly appreciate her living in her purpose and giving our community something REAL to support.

We are asking each of you to join us in helping raise $1,000 for the Councilwoman’s campaign. Please share the graphics and donation link across your social media, send it in text messages, and email it to your network today and keep giving it a few bumps over the next week.

Give what you can, and encourage others to do the same. Every share, every donation, and every show of support makes a difference.

Donate Here:

Thank you all! 💯✊🏾
