They were right about the risk. They were wrong about the payoff.

Every meaningful thing I have ever built started with a decision that made intelligent people uncomfortable. I want to be fair to those people. They were not weak and they were not foolish. They saw the downside clearly, because the downside is always the familiar part. What they could not see was the room on the other side of it.

The safe decision feels responsible. It also has a ceiling. It caps your growth, protects your comfort, and quietly guarantees mediocrity.

The bold decision is different. Not reckless. Not emotional. Bold. You size the risk honestly, protect the downside, test the thesis, and leave room for an upside the safe version could never create.

I have been wrong in public. It cost me money, sleep, and a piece of my ego. It also gave me data. I learned, I adjusted, I kept moving.

Being wrong while building returns information.
Drifting because you were afraid to choose returns nothing.

Fear is not always a stop sign. Sometimes it is a spotlight showing you exactly where your next level is.

Be bold enough to be wrong.
Be disciplined enough to learn.

Safe, small, and forgettable is still a choice.

WHERE HUMAN EXPERTISE MEETS THE POWER OF AI. ✊🏾

As a co-founder of Turritopsis and its health expert, I’m helping build one of the most powerful projects I’ve ever been part of alongside leading technology experts.

Through our partnership with Project Wellbeing, Inc., we’re bringing human performance expertise into an AI coaching experience that helps you understand the connection between your medical information, everyday health data, and how you actually feel.

Turritopsis asks about YOU.
“How are you feeling today?”
“What’s been weighing on your mind?”
“Your sleep has changed what’s happening in your life?”
“Does today’s plan feel achievable?”

Your answers give the numbers context. Stress, energy, motivation, and emotional wellbeing belong in the same conversation as training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
That’s the mind–body connection at the heart of what we’re building.

Turritopsis combines a holistic reasoning engine with an agnostic, agentic learning system bringing together multiple sources of information, asking follow-up questions, and adapting coaching guidance as new insights emerge.
With live integration of connected daily data and real-time conversation guided by your voice, your coach can adjust guidance as your day unfolds and explain the why behind those changes.

My role is to bring the human health perspective into that experience. Because meaningful coaching starts with understanding the person: their goals, their circumstances, and the life happening between the data points.
Technology that listens. Coaching that responds. Understanding that grows with you.

We’re inviting an initial group of Project Wellbeing members into our private iPhone beta to help shape the next 90 days of development.

You are taking care of everyone and everything. When did you last check on your own mind?

At a recent event, we asked one question: what does health mean to you?

She did not lead with a workout plan or a supplement stack. She said:

“Health for me is having a healthy mind first.”

Then she described what that looks like. Yoga. Meditation. Paying attention to what she puts in her body, and to what she lets in through her eyes and ears.

Sit with that last part for a moment. What you watch, scroll and listen to shapes how you feel, how you lead and how you show up for the people who depend on you.
If you are tired, stretched thin or running on discipline alone, nothing is wrong with you. You may simply be pouring into everything except the one thing that holds it all together.

Her words: “Once you get your mind right, you can achieve anything. So everything else will follow.”

You do not have to fix everything this week. Start with one small act of care for your mind.

At Project Wellbeing, we believe human performance starts on the inside. The body follows when the mind feels clear, supported and safe.

Tell us one thing you will do for your mind this week.

Send this to someone who has been carrying a lot lately.

People don’t remember the marble.
They remember how you made them feel.

You can spend millions making a wellness facility look beautiful and still lose a client because of one cold, careless moment.

People don’t remember every minute of an experience equally. They remember the strongest moments, and they remember how it ended.

That matters even more in health and wellness, because people walk through your doors vulnerable. They are handing you their body, their insecurities, their pain, their hope.

Most of them cannot evaluate the science, the equipment, or the credentials. But they know instantly whether they felt seen, heard, and cared for.

The greeting by name.
The coach who notices the compensation before the client mentions the pain.
The phone call after someone disappears for a week.
The team member who remembers their daughter had a tournament.

Those moments are the experience. Those moments build trust.

The lighting matters. The design matters. The equipment matters. But all of that depreciates.

Trust compounds.

In this business, trust is not a bonus feature. Trust is the product.

Your clients will feel the difference long before your P&L shows it.

Send this to the person on your team who makes people feel seen.

◾️ RECOVERY IS PART OF THE WORK ◾️

Training hard is only one side of performance. How you support recovery matters too.

NFL athlete @alex_mattison22 is back at Project Wellbeing for his second NAD therapy session after putting in demanding training sessions.

Nurse Cheri explains NAD’s role in cellular energy production and why it is used as part of recovery-focused protocols. For Alex, the experience has become another piece of how he supports his body while continuing to train at a high level.

After his first session, Alex said he felt amazing and felt like his body was able to recover better following the treatment.

This is why Project Wellbeing is an ecosystem, you’re not piecing together care from five places, you’re building a routine that compounds.
Your training creates the demand, your recovery supports the process, and your entire routine works toward optimizing human performance.

◾️ BUILD WITH PEOPLE WHO BUILD ◾️

Founders spend so much time pushing businesses forward that their own performance can become an afterthought.

Sean Freitas brought together a group of founders at Project Wellbeing for a different kind of room to connect in, one built around training, movement, and shared standards.

Because high performance is not only about what you build in business. It is also about how you show up, how you take care of yourself, and who you surround yourself with along the way.

This is why Project Wellbeing is an ecosystem, you’re not piecing together growth from five places, you’re building a routine, relationships, and an environment that compounds.

◾️ WILL YOU BE READY WHEN YOUR DAY COMES? ◾️

At the highest level, you do not get to choose when the moment arrives.

Brett Hawke knows that firsthand.

A former Australian Olympic swimmer who competed at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2004 Athens Olympics, Brett went on to become the head coach of Auburn Swimming & Diving and helped lead the program at the highest levels of collegiate swimming.

Now, he brings that experience into his coaching philosophy. Brett has coached multiple Olympic athletes and world record holders.

When one specific day determines whether you perform at your best, preparation cannot be left to chance. Great coaching is about understanding that pressure, relating to the athlete, and helping them find the extra 1% when the opportunity arrives.

Optimizing human performance is not just about talent. It is about building the consistency, mindset, and preparation to be ready when it counts.

This is why Project Wellbeing is an ecosystem, you’re not piecing together growth from five places, you’re building a routine, relationships, and an environment that compounds.

◾️ YOUR HEALTH SHOULD NOT OPERATE IN SILOS ◾️

Your gym may know your training
Your physical therapist may know your movement
Your recovery team may know your protocol

But when those pieces are disconnected, the full picture gets lost

At Project Wellbeing, performance coaches, physical therapists, and the recovery team work from the same data, assessments, and plan
If a mobility screening identifies a weak point, training can adjust
If your bloodwork reveals something that needs attention, your recovery strategy can adjust with it

Nothing happens in isolation

This is why Project Wellbeing is an ecosystem, you’re not piecing together care from five places, you’re building a routine that compounds.
Your training, recovery, movement, and health data work together as one integrated system

BLOOD 🩸 WORK THAT COMES TO YOU!
150+ Biomarkers - 19 tubes. One visit. Zero excuses. Many other custom panels available on our website www.fortifyhp.com

I just sat for my own Executive Health Panel, the panel I personally designed for Fortify Human Performance, and I did it the way every one of our patients does: private phlebotomist, at home, no waiting room.

150+ biomarkers. A real look at your heart, liver, kidneys, thyroid and hormones. The advanced cardiometabolic markers most annual physicals never touch.

I run this every three months. Hereditary risk runs in my family, and I would rather know than wonder. That’s the whole philosophy: you don’t manage what you don’t measure.

Results back in one to two weeks. Your blood work. Your data. Yours to act on.

We operate in all 50 states. Book your draw at fortifyhp.com and become a patient today.

It’s never too late to take control of your own health.
