Forty two years ago today, Raymond Haysbert Sr., Dorothy Brunson and Terry Addison came together to create The Forum Caterers, Inc. The Forum was the first Black-Owned caterer with its own facility in Baltimore. The Forum was designed specifically to fill an economic need, that is, to establish a Black business in a city that was mostly African American that would fuel a financial engine to create jobs and keep money circulating within the Black community.

After thousands of parties and millions of guests, a recession and a global pandemic, we are still here. We know this is due in no small part to the grace of God, the vision of our founders, dedicated team members and the favored support of the Black community. On behalf of the Haysbert family, and our employees over the years, we wanted to mark this day by expressing our gratitude for your patronage. So many of you have become dear friends.

I pray that you too will begin to dream of a generational legacy of business for your families. One that you can create and pass wealth through to your children. One that will reduce unemployment by being able to employ people who look like you. One that will help us invest in and empower our communities. This was the genesis of and legacy left to us by our father, Raymond V. Haysbert Sr. We look forward to the next season of fulfilling a destiny that has yet to be realized. God Bless You all! Visit forumcaterers.com or call 410-358-1101 for more information and to speak with an experienced event consultant. #wheregreatpartiesbegin #thesoulofhospitality #baltimorevenue #baltimorecaterer #weddingcaterer #weddingvenue #forumweddingexperience #forumcaterersbaltimore #forumcaterers2021 #forumfoods2go #gardenstylewedding #weddingceremonies
