In mountain towns it’s pretty common for locals to have a set of “rock skis” for those days when the snow gets a bit thin and you know you’re bound to get some scrapes & dings. Foiling has a similar situation- when you come to the Big Island in Hawaii it’s good to be prepared…I have my Kona prone foil setup for the same basic reason!

Spent some time while flying to design a 600 cm2 front foil wing for down-winding using @shape3d software. For a first shot, V1 I’d say it came out surprisingly good. Great low end, epic average speed, and solid top end speed.
