✨ Just Leased in Scottsdale! 🏡🔑 Because great real estate service doesn't end at the closing table! 💛 Congratulations to my client, Mozhgan, on successfully leasing her Scottsdale property! 🎉 One of the things I love most about real estate is building relationships that last well beyond a single transaction. Whether my clients are buying their first home, selling a longtime residence, building an investment portfolio, or navigating the next chapter of their real estate journey, my goal is to be their trusted resource every step of the way. And sometimes, that means helping them find the right tenant for an investment property! 🏡 As a real estate investor and rental property owner myself, I understand firsthand that a successful investment is about so much more than just acquiring the property. It's about protecting your investment, minimizing vacancies, understanding the rental market, and making smart decisions that support your long-term goals. While leasing isn't the primary focus of my business, providing that extra level of service to my existing clients is something I'm always happy to do when I can. It's all part of my commitment to being a resource for my clients through every stage of real estate ownership. ❤️ And even better? This transaction created another opportunity to give back! 🫶 Through our Operation Give Back initiative, Mozhgan chose to support The Foster Alliance, an incredible local organization providing essential resources, dignity, and hope to children in foster care and the families caring for them. 💙 Mozhgan, thank you for your continued trust! I'm so grateful to be part of your real estate journey and to celebrate another successful milestone with you! Real estate isn't just about the transaction. It's about the relationships, the opportunities we create, and the impact we can make along the way. ✨ #JustLeased #ScottsdaleRealEstate #AZInspiredLivingCollective #OperationGiveBack #TheFosterAlliance

An afternoon well spent building bikes with our community! We teamed up with @dsb_beergarden @aztgeargirls @flagstaffladyshredders and our amazing community volunteers to build over 30 bikes for the Foster Alliance, serving foster kids in our region. Raising money for @fosteralliance came from our donation of the Specialized Rockhopper, thank you to those who bought some raffle tickets! Thanks to everyone who pitched in to share our love of bikes and the joy of the ride that comes with them!
