A few weeks ago, I got an order for a pink unicorn hoodie. What I didn’t know was that it was going to a very special foster boy. When I found out that this same boy hadn’t received any applications or interest so far, it broke my heart and I really wanted to do something to help.

I know I have the most wonderful followers, so I’m hoping we can help Bruce find his forever home! 🫶🏻

Bruce is an approximately 8-year-old lurcher, mostly greyhound. He’s like most sighthounds: affectionate, loves his comforts, his grub and, of course, his fashion! I mean, who doesn’t love a man who rocks pink? 🙈 He’s also a gentleman who walks well on the lead, loves a car trip, and is very clean and house-trained.

Bruce is neutered, vaccinated and ready to find his forever couch through @cararescue, while his amazing foster pawrents @fosterloverepeat look after him. 🏡

I don’t usually like asking for this kind of thing, but I’d love for this post to reach as many people as possible. I’d really appreciate it if you could press all the buttons, share, repost and help spread the word!

Meet Bruce! 🥰
He is an older (approx 8yrs) Greyhound mix boy who is a typical Sighthound through and through!

Here’s what makes him so special:
☆He is ridiculously Cute & handsome.. Champion on a leash
Loves a good nap and sleeps like a baby for the whole night.
No accidents (house trained)
Managed to conquer up & down a stairs 😉
Loves his food and treats.
Easy grooming - doesn't mind a bath or getting his teeth brushed!
Style icon - has a great fashion sense and loves wearing his hoodies!

Bruce’s Home Requirements:
"No cats" (he gets a bit too excited around them!)
Older children (he can be bouncy when he gets giddy & happy!)
Could live happily as an only dog Or with a dog of similar size and laid back temperament.
Bruce is vaccinated, microchipped & neutered.

🐾💖ANOTHER ONE SPRUNG FROM THE POUND TODAY 🥰

Thanks to YOU our amazing supporters, for always sharing, caring, donating and just always being there when we need you.. YOU helped make this happen.
This morning one of our wonderful foster couples Agnieszka Szmyła & her husband Jaro collected old boy Bruce from Laois Dog Shelter to begin his new life.
As you can see he is already settling into the good life..
Once we have completed all his veterinary work & full assessment, he will be ready to be rehomed ☺️ Watch this space 🐾
