The cyclocross season is well under way, Thomas Nabb taking the junior win at round 3 of the @yorkshirecyclocross series over in Skipton, also managing to finish 4th overall on the hilly course. A great ride ahead of the first National this weekend at Derby! Great photos as always @bernardmarsden 📸

Further afield Zack travelled to Sweden for Stockholm Cyclocross Weekend, a double weekend of racing on new technical courses. Illness in the run up didn’t stop Zack giving it his all and gaining some amazing experience, keep it up Zack!! (Shout out to Graham for the epic drive to and from Sweden!!!!)

Closer to home Daniel, Patrick and Emily were down at Jackson Bridge for another HC. A good climb with some fast times coming in, Daniel finishing 3rd junior in 4:41 and 8th overall, Patrick 5:04 and 5th junior and Emily 4th woman at 6:44. To top it off they finished 2nd in the team prize!! Patrick goes again this weekend at Nick o Pendle to round his HC season off, Daniel and Emily both riding the National at the end of the month so good luck all!

If you’re in the UK racing scene and you love that awesome shot of you going to hell - pay for it.

Music isn’t free, art isn’t free, photography isn’t free. If you can afford to pay for your photos, you should.

I know that this can come across a little preachy. My financial situation allows me to pay for photos whenever I like them.

If yours isn’t like that, then fair enough. This video isn’t aimed at you. It is aimed at all of the people who ride around in the fancy kit, with the expensive Bikes, and a financial dedication to a sport – yet, who won’t pay a few measly pounds for a great action shot.

We have some amazing photographers in this scene. If you love their work, pay for it. #photographer #photography #ukracing

Pea Royd Lane HC🥉 Overall 🥇 Youth/Junior
Mill Lee HC 5th Overall 🥇 Youth/Junior

@team_lifting_gear double header this weekend. Very happy with my ride on Pea Royd Lane, getting my best 2min power and a podium, beat my youth record by 11s but just missed the junior record. Reasonably happy with that ride as short climbs clearly aren't my strong point.

Mill Lee later that day was worse... I didn't get a good warm up so wasn't feeling great on the start line. It was going well till 60m to go (on the 400m hill climb) I just didn't change gears and churned out a large gear to the line which was not very quick. But still salvaged 5th Overall and 🥇 Youth/Junior on the shortest hill climb I know of!

Hill climbs, gravel racing, World Championships qualification, Lake Como’s
brutal hidden climb and the taste of blood during efforts, it’s been a busy couple of weeks.

lift off 🚀

Few hill climbs already under the belt at Goyt 🥈, Hartside 🥈, Sir William Hill 🥈and Green Moor 🥇, progress is being made 📈

Can confirm that the @giantuk * @wecycleuk TCR launch was unaffected by weather conditions 🌧️

Next up is the ever pleasant Pea Royd and Struggle with @team_lifting_gear and @colddarknorth 🐐

HC25 No.1 - Goyt Lane 🥉

Finishing on the podium this weekend almost feels more of a victory than when I’ve won this event in the past. The headwind made it longer in duration but managed to sustain the highest power output I’ve done on this climb by some margin. Feather in 1st, and KWC in 2nd (2nd and 3rd respectively at nationals last year)… there is still a big gap to close, but I will do my absolute best.

First British Hill Climb on my @officinemattio SL
I love this bike and everything it stands for. Grazie 👋🏻
