When a long time customer / fast friend says, “Hey, I think you should come to Kauai and do a pop up. Oh, and you can stay at my house,” it’s an immediate YES. 🌺

The bonus was what a great day it turned out to be. I met so many girls who were genuinely SO excited to get to shop vintage on the island, which made it so fun for me and the venture more than worth it. @its.dj.morgan crushed the tunes + @shipwreckedkauai couldn’t have been a kinder or chicer host. Will never forget the kindness and that setting 💚

Mahalo @sun.soul.style for your brilliant idea and for connecting me with all these beautiful souls. This might have to be a yearly thing now..

Next up ~ Oahu this Friday, 2–5pm at @a_r_v_o with @studio_dixie 🐚

It’s really that simple 😌 4 years in and this advice still stays true… our best days are when I’m just as big of silly goose as she is and we laugh non stop. In those moments I realize I birthed someone just as weird as me and I love it 💗 goofin around with this one since ‘21– it’s only getting better with time 🌷

108 Surya Namaskar for the Summer Solstice. I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since we last did this - it’s time!

This practice will be a powerful, meditative journey to honor personal transformation & regeneration through the turning of the seasons. We’ll move together into a rhythmic mala of Surya Namaskar, circling through an embodied offering of gratitude, release, renewal, and prayer. The practice is designed to be both challenging and deeply grounding, inviting you to meet your edge with compassion and to experience the clarity that comes from sustained, intentional repetition.

Surya Namaskar is a devotional sequence of postures, with roots going back over 2,500 years. It is practiced as a way to honor the sun as both life‑giver of the planet and stoke the light within. 108 repetitions are strung together like a mala and are especially powerful when practiced at threshold moments like the Solstice. Sun Salutations build heat, discipline, and focus to create a sense of purification, reset, and intentional transition.
