🌎 “If You’re Thinking Of Exporting, The US Should Be Your First Market.” Sneh Sharma of Dogsee Chew shares why the US can be a massive opportunity for Indian businesses looking to expand globally. Despite entering the market just 2.5–3 years ago, the US has already become Dogsee Chew’s No. 1 market, outperforming markets where the brand has operated for over a decade. She highlights the scale of opportunity and the acceptance of international brands in the US, making it a market exporters should consider early. 💡 Should Indian brands prioritise the US when expanding globally? Tell us in the comments! [Dogsee Chew, Sneh Sharma, Export Strategy, Global Expansion, Reels, Inc42, fyp]

Shuru mein lagta hai, "apna boss banunga, freedom milegi." 😌 @whoisprerak said what every student thinks: "I like the idea of freedom." Sneh Sharma (@foundhher): first in, last out, guilty on a day off. Your time isn't yours. Dr. Puran Singh (@puran.nam) named what founders actually enjoy: autonomy. Freedom nahi, autonomy. Fark samjho, phir shuru karo. 🚀 🎧 GUESSS India Podcast, Ep. 1. DM "EP1" for the full episode. #studententrepreneur #startupindia #founders #GUESSSIndia #IITMandi

15 saal pehle, they weren't sure they could even print "Made in India" on the pack. 🇮🇳 Today, buyers in the US, London and Germany ask for the original Indian chews. Sneh Sharma (@foundhher) on how Dogsee Chew watched an entire industry, and the country, evolve. Dr. Puran Singh (@puran.nam): the real win is the impact you create. 🎧 GUESSS India Podcast, Ep. 1. "Yaar, lag toh raha hai ho jaega… but main karun kaise?" 🤔 Every student has felt this. Dr. Puran Singh (@puran.nam)'s answer: don't hesitate. Opportunity won't come to you, you have to go find it. @whoisprerak almost didn't message Sneh on LinkedIn. That message became this podcast. Sneh (@foundhher) took a flight to Dubai to meet a stranger from LinkedIn. He became Ittisa's first client. Risk lo. Wahi rasta hai. 🚀 🎧 GUESSS India Podcast, Ep. 1. How do you say no to money? A question that every student entrepreneur has: asked by @whoisprerak Her answer: decide the structure of your company first. Work only with clients who respect you, your team and your work. Become their co-founder, not just their agency. Clarity → conviction → success. 🎧 GUESSS India Podcast, Ep. 1. From a traditional Himalayan cheese to a pet-care brand reaching 30+ countries. For Bhupendra Khanal, the idea behind Dogsee Chew came from something deeply familiar Chhurpi, the hard cheese he grew up with in Nepal. What began as a childhood connection eventually became the foundation for a natural dog-treat brand built around simple ingredients, traditional methods and Himalayan heritage. Together with Sneh Sharma Khanal, Bhupendra built Dogsee by focusing on trust, product quality and international markets from an early stage. The journey involved building supply relationships with Himalayan dairy communities, navigating global compliance requirements and competing with established international pet-care brands. Today, Dogsee is expanding beyond chews into supplements, food toppers and dental treats, while continuing to build its presence across the US, UK, Canada, Japan, Germany and France. His story is a strong example of how a deeply local product can become a global brand when authenticity, patience and execution come together. 70 founders. 2 days. Countless stories. We spoke about businesses, wins, failures, fears and everything that usually stays behind the scenes. And somewhere between those conversations, endless laughter and very little sleep… strangers became friends. Came back with a fuller heart, a few new perspectives and memories that’ll stay for a long time. D2C Retreat 3.0 — this one was truly special. ❤️ Big love to the entire @inc42.media team for making it happen. 🥂

POV: you put 70 founders in a palace for 2.5 days. ♞ A lot of ideas. A lot of “but have you tried…?” A LOT of dancing. Learnt hard. Partied harder. Made new friends. Questioned a few things. Came back with a Notes app in serious need of editing and a head full of ideas. And somewhere between all the founder talk, Major Rishabh Singh Sambyal delivered perhaps the simplest and most powerful reminder of the retreat - when things get hard, you don’t stop. You adapt, find another way and keep moving. There was even a baraat. We were the baraatis. And Sukhbir sang Oh Ho Ho Ho. IYKYK. First founder retreat. Definitely get the hype now. Thank you @inc42.media for the madness. 🥂♞

Some days leave you with pictures. Some leave you with perspective. This was definitely the latter. ✨ A room full of people who have built incredible businesses, created something meaningful and made it BIG , and what struck me most was how open, generous and willing everyone was to share their journeys, answer questions and talk honestly about what it really takes to build. So much to learn, so much to take back… and so much energy in one room. ❤️ A huge thank you to @inc42.media , @vardhanvaibhav and @sareenpooja for opening up this incredible experience to us. And of course, Chatham House Rules , what was shared in the room stays in the room, but the learnings definitely come home with us. 😉 Grateful for the conversations, the people, the energy and the perspective. Amazing 48 hours 💙 And a special mention to Major Rishabh Singh Sambyal Sir , it was truly an honour meeting you and hearing your journey. Your humility, strength and perspective were deeply inspiring. ❤️ #d2c #explorepage #indian #fyp #inc42

What a powerful community this is, where India’s consumption story is being shaped and decided. A room full of founders representing businesses with a combined revenue of $6B+, yet every single person here is so humble, helpful and genuinely open to sharing. Grateful to be in a room where knowledge flows freely, conversations are real, and everyone is rooting for the larger ecosystem. Thank you to my fellow founders, folks and everyone who made this experience so special. @inc42.media Here’s to building, learning and growing together. 🇮🇳🚀 #anualmeeting #founders #chahattkhanna #foundersretreat #business @inc42.media @sagarthesoul @swatidb @foundhher @engineering_coffee @umairxnitro @rohan_cashkaro @rohan_gandotra @akis_evangelidis @akashzoff @anujnevatia @boatxaman @ghazalalagh @sareenpooja @sanilsachar @major_rs_sambyal @sukhbir_singer @nikhil.doda.12 @varunalagh @pankajvermani @neha_kant @gazalguptacouture @bajaj.deep @drriteshmalik
