You know we couldn’t stay gone for too long! @moonshadow_tavern was cool enough to let us do our thing in front of the lovely patrons. The house band didn’t lose a step as they jammed out for the first hour, giving the new audience a memorable performance. The jams that proceeded were great and even had a few newer people to hop on the stage. We look forward to the next time we can celebrate musical freedom together and keep your attena’s up for the next go round. Until then, be kind, be safe, drink water and live out your dreams ✨

This Friday we're back at Moonshadow, and this one means a lot.

Bird City Revolutionaries is celebrating 15 years of making music together. Fifteen years of shows, late-night rehearsals, road trips, friendships, and sharing this music with all of you.

Whether you've been with us since the beginning or you're catching us for the first time, we'd love to celebrate with you. Come dance, sing, and help us mark 15 years of reggae, dub, and good vibes.

See you Friday at Moonshadow! ❤️💛💚

ATTN: A.M.P.S WILL BE ON PAUSE WHILE WE FIND A NEW VENUE.

After four incredible years, our monthly A.M.P.S. jam session has come to an
end at Eyedrum.

We are deeply grateful to Eyedrum for opening their doors
to us and supporting this community of improvised psychedelic music.

Thank you to every musician, artist, and listener who shared these
unforgettable nights with us. A special thanks to Will Lawless and
Ben Garden for helping make A.M.P.S. such a success over the years.

While this chapter has come to a close, we're excited for what's next.
We are actively searching for a new home where A.M.P.S. can continue
to thrive—a place where musicians can explore, connect, and create
together through non-genre-defined psychedelic improvisation.

We're incredibly proud of the creative, welcoming community
that has grown around A.M.P.S., and we look forward to carrying
that spirit into a new space.

Please stay tuned for updates and thank you for being part of this journey.
We can't wait to see you all again soon.

With gratitude,

The A.M.P.S. Team

This is a recap of the jam that happened this past Wednesday at @eyedrum. The house band created the perfect foundation for the rest of the night, bringing in more guests to add more flavor to the pot. After the house band, the rest of the night followed with extraordinary efforts from all musicians and vocalists that came onto the stage to give their energy into the mix. One of the many reasons that makes this gathering so important is being able to give people a sense of freedom, something that many people who attend look forward to as it creates more community amongst the musicians here in Atlanta. AMPS is an important event for the music culture here and will never fade away.

Last Wednesday was another successful night of bringing together musical souls to celebrate life, friendship and community. The house band set the night off right with psychedelic sounds and rhythms that kept your mind spinning. The visuals were super on point, giving more life to the psychedelic feel. Every musician brought something special to the table and the audience was well aware of it. The night concluded with jams that could start a fire but luckily we left everything in tact. If you’re looking for a place to free your soul and listen or play some great music with talented yet humble musicians, meet us at @eyedrum every first Wednesday of the month ✨
