Andrew Hamilton Reiss @fourthpigfarm entered ‘Flower’, 15"x15", Steel, to the 2023 SCA Annual Art Contest. Reiss wrote “The shadows create a reflection forward into the future.”

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the SCA Open Studio Tours, we invited participating Open Studio Tour artists to enter our Annual Art Contest. This year’s theme was Reflections. Artists were encouraged to seek insight and draw upon their experience as an SCA artist and create a work of art that looks back at their growth and ahead as they explore a creative new year.

Reflecting upon our work, as a group and individually, allows us to grow stronger and more confident. View all the entries and the juror’s comments on our website and save the dates for the 20th Annual Tour- July 15-16 & August 19-20, 2023.

We are excited to have the art of Fourth Pig Farm at our Zero Waste Faire & Sustainable Living Expo. @fourthpigfarm

Fourth Pig Farm founder Andrew Reiss creates one of a kind art using various types of metal. Andrew's creations are inspired by Mother Earth, reuse and recycle themes and nature's creations.

having fun seeing what else I can do with these salvaged metal stands my friend @tobefourthpig Andrew Hamilton Reiss made out of railroad spikes. First time doing macrame. Stole the ceramic pot from my mom’s stash and dug the succulents from our yard. How much more boho can ya get? None more boho. This boho goes up to eleven. #bohodecor #bohemianstyle #salvagedmetalsculpture #succulentlove #minimacrame #macrameplanthanger
