HARDY × DAISY | LITTER ANNOUNCEMENT
.
For the next three months, we’ll be announcing one breeding each month—and we’re starting with a cross we’ve been looking forward to for a long time.
.
Hardy × Daisy
.
This isn’t a breeding we put together on paper and hope works in the field. These are two dogs that have been tested, proven, competed, hunted, and lived with.
.
Between them, Hardy and Daisy have picked up 1,000+ birds over their lifetimes each. Daisy is also a trained service animal, while both dogs have proven themselves to be outstanding companions when they aren’t in the field.
.
That balance is exactly what we look for at Rockin’ B Gundogs—a dog that can spend the morning picking up birds, come home and live in the house, and be just as valuable to a family as they are in the blind or upland field.
.
We plan to breed these two over the next couple of months, with puppies expected toward the end of winter.
.
And if you’ve been waiting on this cross, you’ll want to pay attention.
.
5 of 6 spots are already spoken for. Just ONE spot remains.
.
Serious inquiries only.

"The impact of Cheyenne Bottoms reaches far beyond the water's edge.

It's habitat for migrating birds. A cornerstone of the Central Flyway. And for the communities surrounding it, it's part of how people make a living."

Chase White of Fowl Plains shares what the Bottoms means from an outfitter's perspective, and why protecting this place matters to more than just the birds.

We didn’t build any of this for the gear. We built it for the dogs, and the people who’d do anything for them.

Thanks to our pack for helping make over a hundred thousand dogs lives better. Happy National Dog Day.

That dreamy Kansas light that photographs so beautifully on film. One of my favorite things in the world is photographing our waterfowl hunts with my film camera. @fowlplains

Having the ability to communicate through casting at a distance in the field can separate the good gundogs from the great. Control is key and all dogs have the ability, it just takes time and the proper steps. If this seems daunting, reach out. The Rockin’ B Pack is here to help.

GG. See you next season.
.
Season seemed to go by in the blink of an eye in NJ. From frustrating daily limits, late season cold fronts, and more, the season wasn’t ideal. Still some amazing upland to wrap up at @dunwalke_preserve . Didn’t get out as much as I had hoped this year, didn’t get to hunt with certain people as much or none at all, but here’s to next year. Proud of my friends, dogs, giving many firsts for people, and seeing people love what they do. Had some cool new experiences, buddy’s shot some monster deer, shot a few bands, and now we plan for next season.
.
Time to run some dogs!
