A nice little “Box” breathing drill.

- 25 yard line is starting point.

- Whenever you’re ready begin; walk forward; draw and fire 3 rounds to left target.

- Holster and Sprint to 15 yard line.

- At 15 yard line do 5 burpees. Turn back towards target and do Box Breathing. 4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds exhale, 4 seconds hold on empty.

- Turn around and fire 5 rounds to left target center mass (slide lock).

- Reload while running parallel to next 15 yard mark which is 10 yards away from first 15 yard mark. Once you reach the marked position have back facing down range and then turn around and fire 3 rounds to right target center mass.

- Holster handgun and have back facing down range again and do “Box” Breathing again.

- After box breathing turn around, draw firearm and transition the firearm into your support hand as you are walking towards target and fire 5 rounds center mass into the right target.
