🌳✨ lifting into the sky’s the gentle giants at Royal Victoria Park, where picnics taste sweeter under a canvas of floating ships aka Saturday evening's in Bath. 🧺🎈 The golden park never looked so magical—every bite, breeze, and balloon feels like a page from a storybook. #RoyalVictoriaPark #BathBallooning #SkyShips #PicnicParadise #GoldenHourGlow #WanderlustWonder #NatureNurtured #BritishBeauty #BreatheInBath #visitbath #yourbathcity #bathuk #hotairballoon #britainstalent #igersuk #rawuk uk🚁💫

On Monday evening in beautiful early autumn 🍁 sunshine 🌞 we witnessed the launch of 5 hot air balloons 🔥🎈from Royal Victoria Park as they headed South West across the city. First to launch were a pair of regular @virginballoonflights Balloons. Second the brilliant @flyawayballooning Bath Gin balloon launched alongside, the now privately owned, Great Western Trains Company balloon G-GOGW, making a very rare special appearance at the grand age of 30 years. For the grand finale we saw @bathhotairballoonclub Slither launch for its debut flight from Royal Victoria Park. Slither will be 1 in October. I have to ask, do you think Slither has a best side (see picture 10)?

It’s good evening from us again, this time from the stunning Bath skies! ☀️

Did you spot the 5 balloons airborne from Royal Victoria Park tonight? We had a fantastic hour flight in Virgin Balloon Flights’ G-VBAO landing in Swineford. Many thanks to pilot Colin.

Zycomm were also out of the maize field whilst The Hot Air Balloon Company’s G-CMNN, Ben’s Tiles and Southern Plasticlad flew from Monkton.

Did you spot them?

The Royal Crescent was the place to be on Saturday evening. Whilst many families and groups of friends sat and enjoyed picnics in the sun, a collection of trailers unbeknown to those enjoying the sun started to arrive on the Crescent lawn. Slowly a number of balloons were unpacked and after an hour and a half wait began to inflate and take off for a late Spring spectacle. 3 balloons took of from Royal Victoria Park followed by 9 from The Crescent itself, heading towards Timsbury. Special guest was Slick from @mjballooning and also the maiden flight of @royalcrescent_hotel own balloon. What an evening! Were you there to witness it?
