如果歷史是一片天空，我們該如何丈量它的邊界？

臺灣當代文化實驗場 C-LAB 的前身是「中華民國國防部空軍總司令部」，是臺灣空防的最高指揮部。今年 8 月，隨著歷史最悠久的古蹟大樓修復竣工，褪去了昔日的武裝，正式化身為「空總國家文化基地」，轉向大眾敞開的文化綠洲。

2026年晴空季，未來視覺實驗室FUTURE VISION LAB 透過全臺唯一的穹頂劇場，傳遞獨特的感知經驗。當我們走入其中，被 360 度的流動影像與聲響包覆，現實與虛擬的邊界開始模糊。

我們將在飛翔中相遇。

在這個曾經承載著無數「飛行」記憶的場域裡，我們不再仰望戰機，而是乘著科技與當代藝術的翅膀，重新看見人與生態、科技、時空的美麗關係，展開另一種跨越維度的遨遊。

Temporal Strata | audiovisual dome experience
World premiere in Miami

Temporal Strata takes the materiality of time as its point of departure, treating time as strata capable of sedimentation, disturbance, and continuous formation. Within the immersive field of the dome, sound and image are woven into a single perceptual space, displacing linear narrative as the mode through which time is apprehended. Time is instead progressively recalibrated in the act of looking and listening, as rhythms elongate and restructure and attention shifts between micro-variations. The work invites consciousness to contract into a single point, converting time from abstract measure into a state perceived through sound and image. Amid the accumulation of texture and the collapse of space, one begins to gauge the sense of presence that each breath inscribes.

His projects have been presented internationally across Asia, Europe, and North America, including collaborations with EMPAC, IRCAM, and the National Taichung Theater. Step inside the dome for a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience. 🌌✨

Next week, the Frost Planetarium transforms into a near-360° canvas for cutting-edge storytelling during FilmGate Interactive 12: RESONANCE, part of the internationally recognized @filmgatemiami festival, now in its 12th year.

From March 18–22 and March 24, experience two fulldome screenings nightly at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., featuring visionary works by global and Miami-based creators projected across the Frost Planetarium’s 67-foot dome.

The festival kicks off on March 18 with two Miami-Taiwan co-produced premieres by artists @pingsheng_wu and @helloworld_futurearts, as well as a one-night-only show by Miami artist Carlos Fueyo of @playard_studios, preceded by a delightful Taiwanese cocktail reception.

Produced by @taicca.tw with support from @filmgatemiami and @frostscience, this special program showcases the future of immersive storytelling.
