Frideric, an @inspiringchildren alum, shares what it meant to have someone step into his life when he needed it the most.

Years later, he finds himself in a position to do the same for others.

That is one of the most powerful things about healing and mentorship. Sometimes the support, values and belief someone gives us become the very things we are able to pass on to someone else.

At the Inspiring Children Foundation, that is part of the culture. Young people are supported, mentored and challenged to grow, and over time, many become the people who show up for the next person.

That is how healing can become a chain reaction.

The way we show up for people may stay with them far beyond that moment. It may become part of how they learn to show up for others.

If someone has helped shape the person you are becoming, share this with them.

There is a profound kind of magic in watching your family grow in ways you never quite imagined. Today, my heart is just overflowing with gratitude.
I look at my four beautiful daughters and I am constantly in awe. They are each such incredible, unique, and kindhearted individuals. Watching them find their own paths, show their strengths, and carry themselves with such grace is one of the greatest joys of my life. They are more than just my children; they are the people I most admire.
And life, in its wonderful wisdom, had even more in store than I ever expected. I never realized when they got married I wouldn’t lose a daughter, but be gifted with sons who fit so perfectly into our lives. And now the sheer, overwhelming blessing of being a grandparent. Watching this family tree expand, seeing the love multiply, and witnessing the next generation is a journey I am so thankful to be on.

For 11 years, I’ve dedicated myself to serving others—tutoring, volunteering in healthcare settings, and working with at-risk youth in Las Vegas through the Inspiring Children Foundation. I’ve never imagined starting a GoFundMe for myself, but friends, mentors, and members of the communities I’ve served have encouraged me to take this step and have a little faith in my own journey and story.

As some of you know, my family has faced significant challenges in recent years, especially after my dad’s heart attack. With high interest rates on student loans and the long road of medical school ahead (7–10 years), your support—no matter the amount—will make a lasting impact. Please don’t give beyond your means, and feel no obligation. This isn’t an emergency, but it is a serious and meaningful investment in my future as a physician. I’m deeply grateful for any help and for all the encouragement I’ve received along the way. Thank you. ❤️

LOVE > HATE…..At ICF, this is a principle we return to again and again. When our young leaders feel flooded with frustration, anger, irritability, or even hatred, we ask them:

“Should I hate with you, or should I try to love instead?”

It’s so easy to get caught up in the unfairness or mistakes of others. But we encourage our young people to pause and ask themselves where they might grow, while also recognizing that others are often struggling, doing their best, and acting with good intentions, even if their behavior appears negative or hurtful.

Most of the time, what feels like an attack on us is really someone wrestling with their own confusion or pain. It’s rarely personal. There’s no need to make their negativity our own.

We have a choice, we can join in the negativity and “hate with them,” or we can choose to “try love” instead.

At ICF, we inspire each other to choose love, especially toward the things and people that seem the hardest to love. ❤️

We had a great time capturing content for our friends at Bobs Repair!
One thing that stood out? The work environment here is next-level.
Bob’s Repair, founded by our good friend Frideric Prandecki, has built a team that’s not just professional but actually enjoys what they do.
A company culture like this makes all the difference, and it’s no wonder why people love working with them.
