For a long time, I chose what felt safe.
The jobs that paid the bills. The plans that made sense and I’m grateful for every part of it. It gave me places, people and stories I’ll carry with me forever.
But photography was always the thing I came back to.
The thing that made time disappear.
The thing that made me feel most like myself.
That thing that makes me smile.
So I’m choosing it.
Not because I have every answer, but because I’d rather be scared while building a life that feels like mine than safe in one that doesn’t.
