You know why AI filmmaking won't work? Because humans need stories. Stories on screen and then stories behind the stories. I didn't even know @curry.barker when I went into the theatres the first weekend Obsession released in India, just that he had his unconventional start from the content space and I felt a weird sense of solidarity as someone who's primarily in the content space and dreams of making something big as well.

Needless to say, I've been obsessed with this movie ever since (get it? ;))

Recreating a few bits from the movie was my way of appreciating it a bit more. The lighting, the technicalities, the sound design of this kind are all new to me and we are just a bunch of kids playing around by mimicking each other and learning along the way.
