Busy concentrating on getting stronger, building muscle doesn’t happen over night and it’s not just built in the gym! Changing my eating habits has been a massive thing, fuelling better and helping my body recover rather than under eating.

What are your goals in the gym?

Injured doesn’t mean switched off. 💪 You adapt, find new ways to train, and keep working towards the bigger picture. The body might need to change the plan, but the routine doesn’t stop. 🔥 Training adapted, supplements sorted, mindset locked in.

Train. Recover. Refuel. Repeat. 💪

@grenadeofficial new Oreo Cookies protein powder just made my routine a whole lot tastier. 🤤🥤

Protein sorted. Routine sorted. 🔥

Not every phase is about going all out. Waiting for a scan on the shoulder before rehabbing and coming back to training.

No barbells, no dumbbells, no CrossFit but ticking over, getting the CV in, recovering properly and staying consistent with my supplements. Sometimes it’s about maintaining the foundations so you’re ready to push when the time comes. 🔥

Consistency > intensity. #grenade #recovery #athletelife #consistency

Well.. reviews like this absolutely EMOTIONALLY UPPERCUT ME 🥹

Comments like this from my couples mean more to me than I could ever explain. It’s always insane to me that this is my job because this job means being trusted with such a huge and unforgettable part of one of the biggest days of someone’s life. (No pressure eh 😂)

Music has the power to take us back to a moment/place/person, even 10 years later and live music is a real investment. So to be trusted, wanted and appreciated in this way is honestly more than I can comprehend. I’m just incredibly grateful and it’s a pretty special job this old THANG 🤍 thank you thank you thank you.

Games training is in full swing and with a shoulder injury it’s been tricky but one thing that isn’t tricky is getting my supplements right with @grenadeofficial in my corner that’s easy…. Wether that’s taking creatine, BCAA’s or protein shake they got me covered 💥👊

As spring begins blessing us with her magic, creativity is blooming. And i'm reminded of this gorgeous bridal shoot published in @wedmagazine
💐✨️🌹
I've been modelling professionally for well over 10 years and some shoots just stay with me as being extra special. This is without a doubt one of them!

As we slowly defrost from a long winter hibernation, my spring and summer diary is starting to fill up beautifully. I'd love to fill the remaining gaps with more inspiring work, with inspiring people! 📸
