My 88 year old grandmother (if you know me well, you’ll know her as Nanny) graduated from college this week.

Yeah, she’s a really cool lady.

12 years ago, she went back to school to prove to us (and herself) that she could do it. Yesterday, she walked with a graduating class of 20-year-olds.

And, like those 20-year-olds, she’s trying to figure out what’s next for her. She’s joining an art club (her degree is in fine art). Maybe she’ll write a book. Who knows? The world is her oyster.

I’m so grateful to have incredible, wise, powerful female mentors and friends in my life. CEOs of major corporations and meaningful political figures - but none of them inspires me more than my Nanny Citro 💜
