🌸Artist🌸 @maria.og.aona is a self-taught artist, a world wanderer, and a deeply intuitive creator. Mexican by origin, she began painting in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to release and understand her emotions. What started as a personal refuge quickly became an essential language — one she has continued to explore without pause. 🌸 Art has always been quietly present in her life through curiosity, observation, and a sensitivity to form, material, and gesture. Raised between drawings and fabrics, with an architect father and a seamstress mother, Maggie learned early that creation is not always visible, yet always essential. Her creativity is inherited not as a performance, but as an honest extension of how she sees, touches, and imagines the world. 🌸 Her work embraces imperfection. She finds meaning in the smallest details — a bold acrylic stroke, an unexpected pen mark, the uncontrolled spread of watercolor. In those moments, something real emerges. 🌸 Rather than defining herself strictly as an artist, Maggie seeks to be part of the creative act itself. Her intention goes beyond exhibition; it is about sharing emotion, inspiring courage, and crossing the inner boundaries of fear and self-judgment. 🌸 For her, art is an act of love — accepted as it is, unchanged in its essence. It may resonate deeply with some and not with others, and in that difference lies its truth. Creation, like life, is not meant to be approved, but experienced. 🌸 Maggie Gaona is one voice among many, expressing what lives within — and in doing so, reminding us that creating is about observing, accepting, and feeling, just as we are. 📸 @francescofucci_
