Hello everyone👋

I will shortly be completing the Level 4 massage course, however I thought I'd give you a quick introduction as to who I am and give you a bit more info about Sports Massage by Francesco

1. I was born in Tenerife in 1995 and moved to the Darlington in 1998. Fast forward to 2022, I moved to Newcastle with my girlfriend and haven’t looked back since.

In 2025, I became a BSc Physiotherapy Student at the University of Sunderland and our year group’s Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Student Representative.

2. Physiotherapy really opened my eyes to how empowered people are due to their independence, and how injuries can really impact people's daily lives.

Whilst studying physiotherapy, I found that I could start helping people sooner through the power of Sports Massage.

3. I love to help people feel better in themselves and help them to optimise their movement - whether that’s preparing for a marathon, or simply being able to sit comfortably at a desk all day.

4. I am a strong believer in person-centred care and empowerment. I try to understand the “why” behind peoples’ movements and focus on delivering care that suits the individual. Evidence-based practice underpins all that I do so that everybody receives safe and contemporary treatment.

5. I’ll try my best to help anyone who wants support, however real progress is only made when someone is really committed to helping themselves. That’s who I’m here for.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I'm really looking forward to kickstarting Sports Massage by Francesco so stay tuned for more updates!
