POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Over two decades later, it felt like we never left the classrooms.

20 years of distance, but the same laughter, same stories, same energy.

Some friendships don’t expire.

Grateful we picked up right where we left off and reconnect. 😎

What the FISH?

𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐀 takes over Studio 1, Thermomix MY.

Expect nothing LESS when DUC members (comprising of Teams DVA, UNO & CnS) converge and connect.

There are about 31 DUC Expo members who have participated in our collab roadshow / expos over the past year, so as a show of our appreciation to everyone for their hard work and commitment , we threw a little gathering cum training at HQ - packed with role-plays, briefings, feedback and of course… food!

I mean … we ARE in the business of food right, and food galore we had plenty!

🎯 With practice? It gets better
🎯Training likes ours is not just about sales, but about self-improvement and building confidence
🎯Rejection happens , don’t take it personally
🎯Control the controllable
🎯Every deal is a deal if you can figure out how to bridge the gap and offer solutions
🎯Sales have the most amazing highs, but the lows are painful too. It can be exhausting, frustrating and disappointing— so find your WHY. Without it! It’s going to be hard taking action after.
🎯 There is always something you can do, right now to change the outcome of your career. In the business of sales, start with your list and bookings
🎯Celebrate and recognise big and small wins. Its crucial for the soul

I conducted my very first paid cooking class on Saturday. We made nasi kerabu with ayam percik and solok lada. All made with the help of Thermomix.
I finally ticked off 'conduct a paid cooking class' off my bucket list.
It was exhausting to say the least as I had to prepare a lot of things before hand and my partner for the class came down w fever on the day of the class so I had to pivot and did a solo class.
But I didn't do it without suppport as I had @gramforthecook ,@fiza.cooks ,@robotdeli and @beetlekitchen assisting me behind the scene.
And I had the DUC @ezziecooks ,@pajelingketangketung ,@lynjesca.foodstory ,@sherdaily_ ,@husnaawanis ,@aisyadva.tmx &@francis.goon supporting me by attending the class.
And also all those who registered and came to the class.
Although I still have a long way to go before I can be satisfied to lable myself as a great cooking class educator, I gave myself a pat on the shoulder for taking the giant leap and just did it.
I am already planning for my next class. I hope to see you in my next class!

HOMEDEC KLCC 2024 - Final Push REDEMPTION!😁

You know it’s good company when you feel the hours fly so fast and when you come home contented and happy.

Expos and setting up booths for roadshows are always extra tiring because unlike cooking shows and demos at the Thermomix studio, you have to “build” everything from scratch and there are good days … and days that could be better.

Thank you team - I’ve said what I felt over our rancak groupchat - but want to place snippets of the day over the gram because I want to look back at the footage and say “boy… did I strike gold with this team!”

#DUCketeers continues to exude good vibes and excellent teamwork once again! Missing Lioness @fiza.cooks on our final day - but she was there in spirit floating around her organised laci and collapsible trolley.

Our first doing a full roadshow together @ezziecooks - I guess I was relaxed knowing it’s going to be you by my side as we entertained and closed our chapter for Homedec 2024 (with two more Thermies as a wonderful bonus for the team🔔!)

Blessed to have met these angels who helped me realise my dream - raising funds for a noble cause.

Having lost loved ones to the illness, I have always been an advocate for the early detection of breast cancer. This year, I decided to start my first fund raising attempt. My call for support was answered by many from all over Malaysia.

Heartfelt thank you to all sponsors / collaborators / contributors / anonymous donors. All funds were transferred to the intended charities.

Remember, normal breast = no lump!
