a little bit of what’s been happening lately.

made unreal lasagne about three times in the past two weeks, ate a lot of cake and other delicious food, trip to Ireland where it didn’t rain for once, a lot of gym workouts - I love my new gym, and opened what feels like 100 new files!

It’s going to be a BUSY two months before the Christmas break!

Incredible breakfast at @francosyard 🍳🥓

One of my absolute favourite brunch spots in Bournemouth! It is a small hidden gem located in Westbourne with the coolest vibes and 11/10 food every time!

We went for:
⭐ Lamb merguez sausages with poached eggs, mint yogurt, sumac onions, almond dukkah, Lamri harissa and dill on sourdough🌶️
- Perfect eggs, huge sausages and the combination of flavours was just insanely good!!
⭐ Eggs Benedict 🍳
- unfortunately they had no hollandaise left due to a busy morning so this was served with harissa instead. This was actually a delicious change and loved the addition of parmesan!

Definitely a spot to visit and recommend booking as there are only a few tables ✨
