Some people come into your life and change it forever.

After 2.5 years, I finally got to meet @beautiful_liese, my hypnotherapist, in person. I can’t even begin to explain what this incredible woman has helped me through. She has given me my life back.

This trip was so special. To finally share space, energy and conversation after all this time was something my soul truly needed. Being surrounded by such genuine, like-minded people reminded me what real connection feels like. I’ve never felt so connected to myself, and I’ll be forever grateful.

Liese also welcomed me into her family, and from the very first moment there was an instant connection. Thank you @salimsiwady @francountold for opening your hearts and welcoming me. There is an inner knowing that this is only the beginning of something really special.

I’ve left with a refreshed soul, a full heart, and the feeling that I’ve found another family. ❤️
