It's been a wild 3 years of Jumprope and I have so many people to thank on here for their constant support and encouragement to keep with it.
When I'm better from surgery I will do a nice little routine to show my three years of progress.
The Jumprope community is like no other and I'm so glad I stuck with it and found you all. Especially @thejumpropecoachchris for his amazing workshops and the best ropes ➰.
I can't wait to see where another 3 years takes me.
Thank you @ninposam for letting me spend days on end away from home at meet ups and workshops for my own development ❤️

So this is what most don't post when they try to get some routines down....I like to as my reactions are still far from the pain that you actually feel with the whips.
Hope you all enjoy. I was proud of the last one as the routine I couldn't stop developing as it went on. Not a clue what the second move was after the mic release was but screw it I liked it!
Also like to say thanks for my mega warm welcome back. This a true community and I love it!

A tiny glimpse of my one skip session on holiday last week before COVID took me down!
Love this song anyway so will do some more to this track but seeing as I'm down and out for a while this is my entry for the song on the month challenge.

Nottingham Meet Up 🇬🇧

We are jump rope family…

The jump rope community is such an amazing bunch of people! It truly is like a little (big) family.

Fun times spent at the Nottingham meet up.

Sarah got involved with my two ropes challenge. 👏 Im up to four ropes and managed the mic toe catch! 🥳 The two ropes mamba on the other hand wasn’t such a success. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Don’t think I’m going to get the hang of this double dutch malarkey. If there’s another DD competition at the jump rope workshop, then you better pray I’m not in your team! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

2 years ago, my first rope arrived in the mail. I’ll never forget the butterflies I had in my stomach - when you know you know.

Much love to my JRC fam!!! On to year 3 ❤️‍🔥

Not a clue what I was doing on the footwork. I was just glad I didn't trip up to be fair!
Footwork will come with time I'm sure. I've come this far to not fail on footwork now haha
