POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last Friday, October 2, I had the incredible opportunity to fight in Puerto Rico—one of the most beautiful places I know.

I love this sport, and I’m grateful I got to be part of a boxing show with family and friends at Black Dog Boxing Gym. My opponent and I gave it everything, round after round, blow for blow.

I still can’t believe I’m 45 and doing this shit. But then I have to realize how many 45-year-olds aren’t doing shit with themselves either🤷🏻‍♂️. That makes me even more grateful for the opportunity to keep pushing myself and doing what I love.

Humble, grateful, and honored to have been part of such a great night. Until next time, Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷🥊

Shout out to my amazing video/photographer @clc0103 😘

Fourth attempt at Cindy 💪

22 rounds. 26. 25. And today, 26 again.

This isn’t about whether you get 10, 11, 13, my 26, or Spider-Man’s 27. It’s about taking part, pushing yourself, and discovering how far you can go.

Your number is your number—just keep showing up. 🕷️🔥

Great boxing isn’t just about working hard—it’s about learning from great technicians.

Huge thank you to Coaches Frankie & Eliot from 🥊 @blackdogboxing 🇵🇷 for every correction, adjustment, and lesson. You guys are worth your weight in gold.

If you’re in Puerto Rico—or just visiting—I highly recommend training with them.

Big hug, many blessings, and thank you for helping me sharpen my game. #grateful —JC✨
