I can finally share that I’m one of 12 European writers selected for the HBO Max Script Engine programme, with @wbdaccessinternational and the @seriesmaniainstitute.

We’ve already kicked things off with an intense week in London. I’m now heading into the next few months of developing my new series concept — before pitching it to HBO Max in November.

And I couldn’t be more excited to be reunited with @frankspotnitz quite simply the best mentor a writer could ask for.

Très, très grateful — and feeling incredibly lucky to be part of this group.

The programme was also featured in The Hollywood Reporter, have a read!

Let’s go ✨

I’m incredibly excited to have been selected as one of twelve European writers for this year’s @wbdaccessinternational x @hbomax Script Engine Writers Programme, in collaboration with @seriesmaniainstitute.

We’ve already kicked things off with an intensive week in London with workshops, development sessions and conversations with HBO Max executives and industry professionals. 🎬✍️ And I couldn’t have asked for a better cohort to share this experience with. 🩷

Now the journey continues as I develop my own original series concept over the coming months.

A huge thank you to @wbdaccessinternational, @hbomax and @seriesmania.institute for this amazing opportunity.

And seeing our names in The Hollywood Reporter makes it all feel a little more real.

Exciting news 🌟

HBO has ordered @theagencyldn_ client Matthew Barry’s new true crime five-episode limited series THE TRIAL OF LOUISE WOODWARD 📺

Starring Meghann Fahy and directed by Susanne Bier, Matthew has written, created and will executive produce this new series which tells the shocking true story of how, in 1997, an 18-year-old British au pair was accused of shaking to death a baby left in her care by her American host family. This subsequently set off an international media firestorm as the trial unfolds in full view of both the British and American public.

Executive producers on the series include @big.light.productions founder and @theagencyldn_ client Frank Spotnitz.

Congratulations @mjbarry101 and @frankspotnitz ! 👏
