🌿 Community Information: Live Earth & School Field Maintenance A reminder for residents: Live Earth has already been introduced in our community as part of LARMAC’s ongoing turf maintenance program. Product information, including the Safety Data Sheet (SDS), has also been confirmed and posted online for residents to review. After residents sighted “organic” application signs at Chaparral and Oso Grande this week, we contacted LARMAC to confirm the product being used. LARMAC confirmed it was Live Earth soil conditioner, which it describes as an organic product used on community sports fields for several years. The communication shared with the schools outlined: • Application scheduled for September 30, from early morning until approximately 2 p.m. • PE and recess activities to remain off the fields for the entire school day. • Fields to reopen for after-school sports once application was complete. LARMAC also stated that pesticide notice requirements do not apply because the product is not a pesticide. LGO is sharing this update for informational purposes to help residents stay informed about community landscape maintenance. Thank you to all residents who remain engaged and committed! We are in this together. — Jenny Granero Founder, Ladera Goes Organic
