It's been an intense few weeks, but also one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve been part of. We know how difficult it is to create a path in this field, to access information, and to learn by doing. That’s why we wanted to share what we’ve learned along the way. We built this together, in community, and we truly believe that is the only way any of us grow. It wasn’t perfect, but I hope it gave even one clearer step in the right direction, or one spark of confidence to keep going.

To the Sandbox Class of 25, thank you. Thank you for your patience, your energy, your curiosity, and simply for showing up. You made this what it is.

I also want to thank the @cavanartsoffice You’ve supported me in different ways over the years, but this has been the most special. I am genuinely grateful.

A big shoutout to @camerakit.ie for always being there for us and for the wider community, helping in any way they can. And thank you to @canonuk for sponsoring us with gear and trusting us to create something meaningful.

None of this would have happened without the people who lifted us, guided us, and believed in us. Thank you to every single person who gave us a hand.

Shoutout to our amazing guest speakers: @onai_ @andy_asco @eoghanhand @whosaisha

I had the chance to photograph the Ejiogu family recently, and honestly, I’m still smiling just thinking about it. From the moment they walked in, the energy shifted. You know those kinds of people that light up a space with their presence? That’s exactly who they are.

So vibrant. So full of life. And definitely not your regular quiet family. They came in with so much excitement and love, it was contagious. You could tell they enjoy being around each other. The kind of family that plays, laughs, argues playfully, then laughs again. It was beautiful to witness.

And let me just say this. If there’s one thing you cannot joke with around them, it’s Liverpool Football Club. These people are loyal to the core. Jerseys, chants, the whole vibe. I didn’t even need to ask who they support. It was written all over them.

The shoot itself was just smooth. Zero stress. They understood the assignment from the start. Everyone came ready and gave their best and together they made the shoot feel more like a hangout than a session.

It reminded me why I love doing what I do. Capturing moments that are real, not forced. Families being themselves, showing love, and enjoying the process.

I’ll be sharing a behind-the-scenes video soon so you can see how everything went down. You’ll see the laughs, the energy, the playful chaos. Trust me, you’ll love it.
