Mary and Francesca Farruggia the identical twin chefs behind @twinskitchenldn a culinary concept shaped by Italian heritage, Michelin-starred precision and a passion for storytelling.

Raised in a small seaside town in Tuscany, they grew up surrounded by Mediterranean flavours, seasonal produce and the warmth of Italian hospitality. During the pandemic, they moved to London and refined their craft in acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants, including @luca.restaurant and @trivetrestaurant

They later founded TwinsKitchen, creating bespoke experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients, luxury brands and hospitality destinations worldwide. Their work spans private dining, intimate Chef’s Tables and international culinary residencies.

Their latest chapter brought them to Cap Karoso, a luxury resort on the wild Indonesian island of Sumba. At @julang.sumba they created an immersive Chef’s Table blending modern Italian cuisine with Indonesian ingredients, tropical flavours and produce grown on the island.
