ARTIST HIGHLIGHT 💫 “Last Space” by Frantics Dance Company performed at Platform 14 – 7th Edition Alumni night

Last Space delves into the performers’ most personal stories, unfolding through a constant flow of events and fleeting moments that merge almost like in a dream. The work’s fragility and delicacy left space for each audience member to experience and interpret it in their own way.

Frantics is a contemporary dance-theatre company with roots in urban dance and the breaking scene. Moving beyond battles and stepping into the theatrical space has expanded the company’s artistic freedom and creative expression.

A few moments from their performance at Uferstudios Berlin ❤️

❤️‍🔥 Introducing Platform 14 artists:
Frantics Dance Company - “Last Space”

“Last Space” delves into the performers’ most personal stories, unfolding within a constant flow of events. Fleeting moments unravel and merge almost like in a dream, as situations collapse and reform without adhering to a traditional narrative structure. Aiming to connect with the audience on an emotional level, the piece invites us to feel through movement — its fragility and delicacy leaving a lasting impression, open to each viewer’s own interpretation.

Direction: Frantics Dance Company
Performance: Carlos Aller, Diego De La Rosa, Marco Di Nardo, Juan Tirado
Dramaturgical support: Maja Zimmermann
International communication: Katherina Vasiliadis

We are excited to announce that we will be once again be collaborating with @dancephotografilm for this year’s edition of Platform 14! ❤️

Very happy to have Balde and Lynn back as part of our team, capturing the magic on and off stage. Their eye for dance and community has become an important part of how the festival is documented and remembered.

Can’t wait to see what this year brings ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
