🕸Sacred Connected Bodies - Somatic Art Workshop & Dialogue🕸
Sat 17th Oct 2026
10:30am – 5:30pm
Wanstead Quaker House, East London
Ticket link in bio 💫

So excited to be hosting this workshop with the magical @franwillie where we will be combining our practices and our hearts to offer a gentle creative exploration of our bodies, Earth body and Cosmic body.

Somatic art practice is a relational, transdisciplinary creative exploration rooted in BMC® principles (Body Mind Centering, Bonnie B), bringing us into a more aligned, flow state and creating a sense of calm and connection inhabiting our bodies. Combining this practice with Bohm Dialogue will allow for individual and collective meaning-making through intentional listening and group reflection.

This workshop is anyone in need of a break from fast-paced life and longing for a soothing soft container to slow down and explore creativity, reflection, the body, whilst connecting in a compassionate inclusive community.

No prior artistic experience is necessary to attend this workshop and all materials will be provided, though feel free to take your own materials/artist journal. Come curious and enjoy the journey!

“There is meaning and truth in your darkness”

Sharing a lengthy and loving excerpt with you from a book that has carried my heart through the contractions of life

As someone who is familiar with the depth in episodes of depression, this one speaks to me

Now seems like a most fitting moment to share as I’ve experienced some (intense) phases over the past month

More and more, I learn to offer a soft witnessing space for the fears to speak their own kind of wisdom

Learning to accept that life is experienced as a pulsation, expanding and contracting in its own unique rhythm
Trusting timing and timelines

Compassion is a vital ally on these lonesome roads

A big part of my “why” in holding circle spaces .. is to offer a safe haven where all of you is welcomed and witnessed

Sharing resources and integrated knowledge (wisdom) with you so it becomes softer to move through life’s testing times

To create a community cocoon where we simply sit with each other, respecting each journey and it’s learning .. a holding through compassionate heart presence

And listening to what our bodies are reálly saying when we surrender to a slow silence and subtle movement

I believe together, is how we grow with even more grace and gratitude

Together, we strengthen faith .. and denser days can even become “fun”

I believe we can learn so much from the vulnerability in sharing our connected life’s stories

Every single mirror provides an answer

Sending my love and respect to all of you
Hands on the heart
Hands on the belly

Here’s a heart gift 🌹

It’s been a bit quiet over here

Ive been in rest & reflection of how and where I feel like moving with Connect to your Cor.e and life in general

This Aries moon apparently touches on the house of worth and money for the Pisces people (I have sun & moon in this lovely water sign)

So, sharing a brief yet potent guided sound journey to ignite and anchor the love you hold for yourself

The sense of worth weaving a strong web from within rather than entangled to external ligaments

The belief of truthful belonging in your own house of home

Your heart
Your body
This earth
This galaxy

Existential birthright, including all of us

Allow yourself to receive the full feast of fireworks
Speak words of kindness to your flawed foolishness
Own the house of heart that is you

You are the most potent “person” to fully choose and commit to you

Take a deep inhale to receive the sound frequencies and their higher knowing

Exhale, rest in the love that holds the deepest trust and truth

avalon thank you for this gentle landing. landing back into my softness, resting, recharging.

the last weeks have been filled with new projects, new challenges and a new version of me being born. stepping away for a couple of days, spending my morning at the spring to get fresh water, walking on the sacred land here in Avalon, gave my soul some time and space to breath.

it became still and thing are falling into a new place, plans are changing and I am fine tuning where my next step will take me.

I can feel the gentle breeze of spring, the new blooming arriving. Not fully but a spark of hope to keep on going. To stay committed and to trust that the seed we planted are going to bloom soon.

✨🌟

Some reflections received from the beautiful people who joined the solstice circle x they warm my heart

So grateful for all those who trust the heart offerings I share, especially landing in a new environment & different country

Quality over quantity
Humble in integrity

~

I really loved the stillness, the silence.
The oracle card was spot on.
The altar was really beautiful.
—

It felt safe to expand (also energetically) and take up the space. Sometimes in real life I feel like we need to make ourselves smaller.
—

It’s been unsettling weeks and this really helped with reconnecting with myself and with imagination. Being the version that I imagine and know I am.
—

The Koshi towards the end felt so magical. Cant describe in words how the sound entered.
—

I felt the sound move through me and dipped in and out of an “inbetween” dream state. Almost like coming out of an ayuasca journey. Pretty incredible and I wish the sound kept on going.

🐚Shunya ~ Sunyata

“Slow subtle movement, if you choose it, can be so interesting that your mind becomes free of thought.

The word used for this lack of thought is Shunya, which means, among other things, “empty, void, hollow, bare, naked, space, heaven..”

This sense of Shunya can happen at times of transition.
Enter the space between thoughts and experience your body as a void.
In that moment you are free, one with your original form.
We go there anytime we need to renew & reconnect ourselves in our essence.”

The radiance sutras, Lorin Roche

—

This is where the root of the name SUNYATA circle stems from.

Alongside this concept of Shunya, knowing that void is a wealthy soil to create from.

Sunyata also carries the word Sun.
Warmth, strength, light. JOY.
Nourishment, relaxation.
I love sharing these warm radiant joy bubbles through a heartfelt smile.
Seeing that spark of sunlight in peoples beautiful eyes.

These circle spaces are cocoony nests I hold very dear.
Ever evolving and growing.

Sharing a testimonial that brought me to tears.

In caring connecting spaces like this, life on Earth makes sense to me.

Thanks to everyone so far to trust and open.
To see and value.
To honour and to share.
To connect to your hearts and choose love.

To many more in many different places with lots of different humans 🫶🏻

Some testimonials from incredible humans that have crossed my path and found their way to connect to your cor.e

How to describe the wisdom of the invisible?

Words don’t fully convey what is experienced during the one to one sessions and circles

So here’s some words from people who have received and tasted the medicine of gifts shared from the softness of heart & soul

With an open curiosity you’d be surprised of the magic that unfolds

🤍🌟

—
To honour these shares Ive left them in original language, Flemish / Dutch

I pray to be never fully satisfied :: the void left fertile :: unknowable :: but the endless left-handed trail felt fully to completions

admitting the pulse of archetypes as catalysts of synchronicity :: hello stranger :: didn’t see you there :: resonance reverberates :: body & BODY

Odemira Odemira :: a richness untethering :: blood moons & bush medicine not wanted :: but needed

a surrender to Her :: the life that is one beautiful whole movement that cannot contradict itself :: it does within itself :: and we are made of the same ::
