Six courses. One unforgettable table 🥢

This is everything we believe about food, poured into a single evening. Handmade from scratch… No shortcuts, no substitutes, nothing like it in Utah.

Here’s how the night unfolds:

We start you off with our DK Marinated Cucumbers. Crisp, bright, the perfect opening bite. Then a bowl of Hot and Sour Soup, made the way it’s supposed to be made.

Next, our Handmade DK Potstickers, folded by hand every single day. Then the crowd favorite: Dan Dan Noodles! Our best seller, and once you taste them, you’ll understand why.

And then… the centerpiece. Our Whole Roasted Duck, a seven-day preparation, presented tableside by Chef Tim himself 👏 Served with scallion pancakes, chili ginger sambal, and tangerine sauce. This is the dish people drive across the state for!
